進修學院學生運動動機對運動休閒參與影響之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討「台灣進修學院學生運動動機對運動休閒參與之影響」, 探研進修學院學生(學生大多在職進修)之「運動休閒參與」與「運動動機」除在維繫和倡導進修學院學生健康、放鬆、再造生活快樂和滿足外, 並加強進修學院學生「在職工作兼學習能力」的潛能發展,並能發展成「全人格教育」之重要意義,並為構建大學生健康、快樂的生活及順利就學提供理論依據。 本研究採問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,以台灣地區大學院校附設進修學院學生為範圍與對象,並在北、中、南部各便利抽選壹所大學院校,以各校中九十九學年度第二學期已註冊之進修學院學生爲研究母體,利用隨機叢集抽樣的方式,每校各抽選四班學生爲研究樣本做問卷調查,共發出420份,得有效問卷400份。針對有效樣本分別加以歸納、統計、列表並以描述性分析、獨立樣本t檢定及變異數分析、迴歸分析等統計方法來進行資料研究分析。 研究結果發現:1.台灣進修學院學生運動休閒(排除學校體育運動課程)現況仍有待加強與提升。2.無論進修學院位於台灣北部、中部或南部地區對運動動機影響並無異差性。3.整體運動動機均對運動休閒之參與有顯著的正向影響,表示進修學院學生中,參與運動之動機越高者,其運動休閒參與也越高。4.運動動機各構面皆對促進學生參與運動休閒之動機有顯著正向關係,尤以:為增進身體健康、為個人興趣、自己體力能勝任、為社交聯誼增加人脈等動機因素,是大多數學生參與運動休閒之主要運動動機。

This study aimed to explore the "The Effectof Sports Motivation on Leisure Participation for The Students in College of Continuing Education " explore further education college students (mostly in-service education students) of the "sports and leisure participation" and "exercise motivation" in addition to maintaining and promoting education in college students health, relaxation, happiness and satisfaction outside of life recycling, and to strengthen the Continuing Education student "on the job working and learning ability," the potential development, and can develop into a "full character education" is important, and students to build healthy, happy life and provide a theoretical basis for successful schooling. This study used questionnaires to collect data to study in Taiwan universities and colleges College students attached to the scope and object, and in the northern, central and southern convenient One of the selected universities, to schools in the academic year ninety-nine second semester college students have registered for the study of maternal education, using random cluster sampling method, four classes of students from each school selected for the study of the sample questionnaire, and issued a total of 420 copies of valid questionnaires was 400. Samples were to be effective for the induction, statistics, lists and descriptive analysis, independent sample t-test and variance analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods for data research and analysis. The results showed: 1 Taiwan Continuing Education student sports and leisure (excluding school sports program) status remains to be strengthened and improved. 2 Learning Institute in Taiwan regardless of the northern, central or southern region is no different in sports motivation and poor impact resistance. 3 whole exercise motives were involved in leisure sports have a significant positive impact that Continuing Education students, the higher the motivation to participate in sports, their sports and leisure participation is also higher. 4 sports the dimensions of motivation for students to participate in all of sports and leisure activities have a significant positive relationship, especially: to promote good health, as personal interest, capable of performing their physical, social networking to increase contacts and other motivational factors, a large most students participate in sports and leisure of the major sports motivation.
