色溫度與照度對用餐情緒影響之研究-以素食餐廳照明為例

摘要


照度與色溫度是影響室內照明環境主要的因素,且與人體的生理及心理反應有直接關係;目前多數研究多以住家或辦公室照明環境做探討對象,對於餐飲空間的照明卻較少研究,為探討用餐者對用餐空間照明變化對情緒影響,本研究採用實驗法進行研究,利用語意分析法進行心理反應評價,探討餐廳照明對環境產生的心理印象、心理聯想、心理情緒及滿意度等。實驗環境以黃光及白光兩種燈光,分成低、中、高三種照度;心理評價了解受測者對於不同色溫度與照度的用餐環境所產生的情緒,藉以做為未來在餐廳照明設計之參考。資料分析方法採用敘述性統計、相依樣本單因子變異數檢定、相依樣本二因子變異數檢定,所得結論為: 心理印象方面餐廳照明使用黃光高照度,可增加空間明亮、溫暖、寬敞感,黃光中照度時可增加空間柔和、熟悉感;而使用白光低照度時會使空間有陰暗、寒冷、狹隘、陌生感,白光高照度時會使空間有刺眼感。心理聯想方面餐廳照明使用黃光中照度,可增加空間愉悅、舒適、休閒、現代感,黃光高照度時可增加開放的感覺;白光低照度時會使空間有憂鬱、不舒適感。心理情緒方面餐廳照明使用黃光中照度,可增加空間浪漫、溫馨感,同時也可增加食物美味、精緻感,在黃光高照度時可增加清潔感,同時也可增加新鮮感;白光低照度時會使空間有沉穩、冷漠感,同時會使食物有乏味、粗俗感。用餐者對照明環境所產生的滿意度,以黃光中照度最滿意;白光低照度最不滿意。

Illuminance and color temperature are primary factors used to create interior lighting environments, directly related to human biological and psychological responses. Most studies explore lighting environments in homes and offices, but provide less exploration of lighting in dining spaces. In order to explore the satisfaction of diners toward restaurant lighting and the effect of restaurant lighting on dining emotions, this study focused on the emotional changes of diners toward changes in dining space illumination. The experiment method was used for research, using semantic differential method to conduct psychological response evaluation, and explore the influence of restaurant lighting on environment and resulting psychological impressions, psychological associations, psychological attitudes, and satisfaction. Yellow light and white light were divided into low, medium, and high illuminance; this wa used to understand emotions of subjects in response to different color temperatures and illuminance in dining environments, to serve as a reference for future restaurant lighting design. Data analysis methods included descriptive statistics, dependent sample one-way ANOVA, dependent sample two-way ANOVA The findings are as follows: In terms of psychological impression, restaurant lighting of yellow light high illuminance can enhance brightness, warmth, and openness of space. Yellow light medium illuminance can enhance softness and familiarity of space. Using white light low illuminance would create a dark, cold, narrow, and strange sense about the space, while white light high illuminance would make the space too grating. In terms of psychological association, restaurant lighting of yellow light medium illuminance can increase happiness, comfort, leisure, and modern senses. Yellow light high illuminance can increase a sense of openness. White light low illuminance can make the space melancholy and uncomfortable. In terms of psychological attitudes, restaurant lighting of yellow light medium illuminance can increase a romantic and warm sense in the space, and also enhance food deliciousness and intricacy. Yellow light high illuminance can increase cleanliness and freshness. White light low illuminance would make the space feel stable and aloof, while making the food feel tasteless and vulgar. Diner satisfaction for lighting environment is greatest for yellow light medium illuminance and least for white light low illuminance.
