運用風險因子識別與分析在軟體開發模型選擇

摘要


資訊系統委外開發的過程中,常會面臨到各式不同的軟體風險因子,如高度的技術複雜度、組織環境的不確定性、不明確的系統需求等風險因子,將會導致開發進度嚴重延宕甚至失敗,而這些問題也是管理者最迫切亟待解決的議題。因此,在專案執行期間建立有效的風險管理、應變與監控機制就顯得十分重要。 基於上述研究動機,本研究將探究軟體風險因子識別與分析方法在軟體開發模型選擇之適切性,進而提出可選擇之軟體開發模型建議,以作為未來軟體系統專案決定軟體開發模型之參考,期能在專案起始階段,有效地識別與分析專案潛在的風險,準確評估各類風險對專案的影響。 本文研究成果可結合工作分解結構(Work Breakdown Structure,WBS)與風險分析方法,在專案初期導入軟體風險評估,以獲得適宜採行之軟體開發模型,期能有效降低風險對專案的衝擊程度,提昇軟體專案成功之機率。

In the outsourcing process of information systems, we often face the risks of all kinds of different software. The risk factors are technical complexity, unstable organizational environment, and obscure system requirements, which lead to serious delays in the development progress frequently. These problems are among the most pressing issues to be solved by information management. Therefore, it is considerably essential to build up effective risk management and mechanism of response and control when conducting projects. In order to select the most suitable model for software development, we aim to explore the suitable of using software risk factors identification and analysis for selecting the software development model in the hope that based on the results, the potential risks of projects are identified and analyzed effectively and that the impacts of different types of risks on projects are estimated exactly in the initial stage of projects. According to the finding we suggest that the achieved result together with work breakdown structure and risk analysis approach can benefit our selection of a more suitable software development model when estimating software risks in the initial stage of projects, which are expected to lessen the impacts of risks on projects and elevate the probability of software projects.
