摘要 本研究是一篇藉由自我敘說的方式所撰寫的生命史研究,旨在探討自己身為女性美術才藝教師的生命歷程,透過資料的描述、分析與詮釋,重述生命故事。本研究的目的有:一、探究原生家庭對教師生涯之影響;二、啟發與我從事同樣美術才藝教師相關行業的同仁;三、為自我生命留下歷史性的紀錄。研究結果發現: 一、 原生家庭對美術才藝教師生涯發展的影響影響因素有:家庭環境、家庭關係、家庭支持、父母的教育程度、父母的期望、父母的人格特質、父母的教養觀念、父母的信任、父親的職業、角色楷模和關鍵性事件中的重要他人等因素。 二、 我對女性美術才藝教師的啟示有:新手女性美術才藝教師應具備的條件、 我對女性美術才藝教師在教學理念與實踐的啟示和我以女性美術才藝教師作為人生方向的理由等三方面。 三、 透過女性美術才藝教師的生命史研究為自我生命留下歷史性的紀錄 有:童年的舊照片、學生作品、網路相簿、個人履歷、求學時期的作業和成績單。 最後,本研究針對有意進入本行、相關行業的同仁,以及未來研究方向,提出具體之建議,供後續研究者進行相關研究時參考之用。 關鍵字:美術教師、才藝教師、女性教師、生命史研究、自我敘說
Abstract This research is based on life story narration of me, a female art teacher. Through information restatement, analysis and explanation; this research explores life progress of a female art teacher. Purposes of this research are: 1, probing family influence over the teacher’s life; 2, making it a reference for teachers of the same area, like mine; and 3, keeping a record of one’s life. This research found: 1. Factors that influence art teacher life including household economic, family relationship, family support, parents educational level, expectations, characters, ideology, trust, occupation, learning model, key incidents, and key person. 2. Probing, implementation, and future expectation – enlightens from story of female art teacher: requirements for new female art teacher; teaching ideology and practice; reasons that makes art teacher as my life career are interest. 3. Keep record of my life through such research: childhood pictures, art works during my schooling days, website photo book, curriculum vita, assignments at school and grading. Last but not the least, this research provides reference for those who is wishing to engage in this industry and people of the same job, as well as suggestions for future researches.
