醫學美容儀器操作性改良研究設計-以3D變頻飛梭雷射治療機(Sellas evo)為例

摘要


由於知識水平的上升與價值觀的改變,加上互動頻繁的人際關係影響下,大眾對於美的需求與認知也越來越積極,愛美的人和想要維持青春的人為了達到有效且迅速的治療,「醫學美容」便應運而生,醫學美容在各國風行且行之有年,而台灣也不例外,但國內的醫學美容儀器公司多為進口或代理其他國家的品牌,較少公司投入研發與設計上,因此若是轉型成具開發能力的製造商將會大大增加競爭力。另外,我國對於醫學美容儀器的使用性或介面的探討都沒有完整的研究資料可供學界或是業界做參考,故希冀此研究能對後續相關之研究能有所貢獻。 本研究以3D變頻飛梭雷射治療機(Sellas evo)為研究標的物,為其手持部分與操作介面進行研究,並以HDT的方法與使用性工程為主、人因工程與人機介面為輔做為研究之方法,首先透過HDT的方法了解操作流程,爾後針對發現的問題進行「現實解決案」,現實解決案可謂是使用者需求,將這些眾多之需求透過歸納分組後進行「構造化分析」,而構造化分析可謂設計方針,依據設計方針進行構想,最後選擇最佳的解決方案,此步驟為「可視化設計」。手持部分分成改善前與改善後的測試,共有30位受測者進行實驗,實驗完成後填寫主觀滿意度問卷。而操作介面分成改善前與改善後的測試,前測與後測各6位受測者與2位專家,依據所設置的典型工作項目進行測試,並以專家的平均時間為標準,進行加權模式評比,最後以操作時間為後續統計之依據。 本研究透過改良後的設計案,有效提升了手持部分地穩定度與舒適性,讓手腕能呈自然之姿勢握持減輕手腕的負荷,「輔助處」的設置讓雙手可以輕鬆握取,增加了穩定度也增加了安心感。操作介面部分則提升了畫面的可辨度,讓顯示裝置與控制裝置能明顯的區隔,此外透過顏色的群組將相關聯的操作組合起來,讓畫面的明顯度提高。

Since the rise in the level of knowledge and values to change, coupled with frequent interpersonal interaction under the influence of public demand and awareness for the United States has become increasingly active, beauty and youth who want to maintain in order to achieve effective and rapid treatment , "Medical Cosmetology " have come into being, the medical and cosmetic line popular in the country for years, and Taiwan is no exception ,but the Medical Cosmetology Equipment mostly imported or agent of the brand in other countries, less investment in research and development and design company, so if the transformation into a manufacturing development capability business will greatly increase its competitiveness. In addition, our Medical Cosmetology Equipment for use or interface of research data are not complete for the industry to do something academic or reference, so hope this research can be related to the follow-up research can contribute. In this study, 3D Conversion Fraxel laser Treatment Machine (Sellas evo) for the study of the subject matter, and the interface for hand-held part of the study, and methods and use of HDT-based engineering, human factors engineering and human-mediated face, supplemented as a research method, First through the HDT approach to understanding the operational processes, and later for the problems found in the "real solution case", the reality can be described as user needs to solve the case, many of the needs of these groups through the induction after the "structural analysis", and structural analysis can be described as design guidelines, based on design guidelines for the idea, and finally select the best solution, this step is "predictable design." Hand piece is divided into before and improved to improve the test, subjects were a total of 30 experiments, the experiment is completed the subjective satisfaction of completing the questionnaire. The interface is divided into before and improved to improve the test, pre-test and post-test all six subjects were with the two experts, based on a typical set of work items for testing, and to experts, the average time for the standard, weighted model appraisal, the last time for follow-up to operate according to statistical. The study design through improved case, effectively increasing the stability of Hand piece, and comfort, let the wrist into a natural position to reduce the wrist holding the load, "auxiliary holding place" setting so that both hands can easily grip, increased stability also increases peace of mind. Interface and partly to enhance the degree of the screen can be identified, so that the display device and control device to clear differentiation, in addition to the group through the color associated with the operation will be combined to enhance the visibility of the screen.
