遊客遊憩衝突與調適行為關係之研究-以廬山溫泉區為例

摘要

本研究選定南投縣仁愛鄉精英村熱門的廬山溫泉區遊客作為探討對象，由於每個人的衝突感受程度有所不同，互相的干擾與衝突也不盡相同，因此欲瞭解廬山溫泉區遊客在受到干擾於衝突的同時，會採取何種的調適行為與之間的關係與影響。將遊憩衝突進行因素分析，萃取出遊憩衝突構面包括參與設備欠佳、人為干擾與不當行為；調適行為之構面包括：行為因應、直接行動、認知調整。
問卷於2011年5月1日至5月21日在南投縣信義鄉廬山溫泉區，以便利抽樣法進行問卷調查。問卷共計發出350份，有效採用問卷328份，有效回收率達93.71%。，所得資料以描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及結構方程模式進行統計分析後，得知廬山溫泉區遊客之性別在遊憩衝突上達顯著差異；在結構方程模式部分，當遊客在設備欠佳感受到衝突時，會採取行為因應或認知調整，在人為干擾感受到衝突時，也會採用行為因應或認知調整，在不當行為部分，則不會採用這兩種調適行為。

This study purposed on the relationship between tourists’ recreation conflict and coping behavior in Lu-San hot spring. Everyone feel different in recreation conflict and disturbance, so we want to know which kind of coping behavior that tourists’ will choose after they feel recreation conflict.
There were three dimensions on recreation conflict: Poor Equipment, Human Disturbance, and Misbehavior. There were three dimensions on coping behavior: behavior of coping, direct action, cognition adjustment. We sent out 350 questionnaires in Lu-San hot spring, and there were 328 effective questionnaires with an effective response rate of 93.71 percent.
The data gained from the questionnaires were evaluated by descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance and structure equation model. The results were as following: When tourists’ feel recreation conflict on Poor Equipment, they would choose behavior of coping or cognition adjustment. When tourists’ feel recreation conflict on Human Disturbance, they would choose behavior of coping or cognition adjustment. When tourists’ feel recreation conflict on Misbehavior, they would choose neither behavior of coping or cognition adjustment.
