劇本法於廢電池回收設備之計應用

摘要


近年來,政府極力倡導電池回收以減少可能的汙染並愛惜資源,在這幾年環保團體長期宣導廢電池環保意識上也漸漸提升,但是對於廢電池的回收觀念比一般垃圾和資源回收垃圾上來比較是較無積極性,在此認為資源回收相關環保政策上,必須要針對特定垃圾的專用設備與拿到回收點的過程來提升民眾回收時的完整性,因此本研究針對住家的廢電池回收設備上的規劃,廢電池回收設備與回收過程的搭配,進而達到電池使用量與廢電池回收量達到提高的情況,讓資源環保再利用。 在階段進行探討廢電池垃圾在住家中存放情況與回收過程,與整理廢電池相關設備資料與實際操作和訪談來了解廢電池回收問題點,利用劇本法的方式演練廢電池回收的問題並提出解決方案,以劇本手法制定設計規範與方針,讓往後針對廢電池回收開發時有相關資料可依循,並提升廢電池的回收率,有助於環境的保護目標達成。

In recent years , the government strongly advocated battery recycling to reduce battery use and care of resources , environmental groups in recent years long-term advocacy on environmental awareness of waste batteries has gradually improved , but the concept for the recycling of waste batteries recycling than garbage and trash up comparison is no more enthusiasm, coupled with government policies did not have a clear and rigorous specifications , resource recycling in that environmental policy must be dedicated for specific equipment and garbage collection points in the process to get enhance the integrity of the public recycling , battery recycling facilities were necessary for the homes on the planning , battery recycling equipment and recycling process before the match , and then to the battery usage and battery recycling reached a 1:1 situation , allow resources to achieve one hundred percent environmentally friendly recycling. In the early stages of the study of waste batteries in the home storage of garbage and recycling process , use the script way to drill battery recycling law is sues and propose solutions to the script the way to develop design specifications and guidelines , so that future for battery recycling development can be followed when information , and improve the recovery rate of waste batteries will help to achieve environmental protection goals.
