整體環境日新月異的變化,企業莫不以學習作為提升組織競爭力的重要策略,在此變化的環境中,轉換型領導更突顯出它的重要性。 因此本研究主要於探討轉換型領導與組織學習之關聯性研究。並採用問卷調查法,以台灣地區中小企業從業人員為抽樣對象,共發放239份問卷、有效問卷為219份,有效回收率為92%。並利用SPSS軟體以單因子變異數、典型相關分析、迴歸分析等進行驗證轉換型領導與組織學習之間是否具有顯著影響關係。 研究結果發現: 1. 轉換型領導對組織學成具有顯著影響。 2. 不同背景變項之員工對於轉換型領導有部份顯著差異。 3. 不同背景變項之員工對於組織學習有部份顯著差異。 最後本研究根據研究結果,對管理實務與未來研究者提出建議,以供企業界與學術界參考。
The rapid change of overall environment, the companies endeavor to learn as an important strategy to improve organizational competitiveness in this changing environment, the transformational leadership had been highlighted its importance. Therefore, this study is to explore the relevance of transformational leadership and organizational learning. Questionnaires and SME practitioners in Taiwan as the sampling object. Total of issued 239 questionnaires, 219 were valid; the effective rate was 92%. By SPSS software, using one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation analysis, and regression analysis to analyze whether it has a significant impact on relationship between transformational leadership and organizational learning. The results showed that: 1. Transformational leadership has a significant influence on organizational studies. 2. Employees of different background variables, it does have some significant differences on transformational leadership 3. Employees of different background variables, it does have some significant differences on organizational learning. Finally, based on the research results, there are recommendations for management practices and future researchers, and to provide reference for the business community and academia.
