本研究旨在探討工作價值觀與組織承諾之關聯性,並以台灣地區從業人員作為研究對象,以便利抽樣進行問卷調查,總共發出480 份問卷,回收問卷430 份,回收率為89%,扣除無效問卷57 份,有效問卷為373 份,有效回收率為77%。研究問卷回收後,以敘述性統計、信度分析、因素分析、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數、典型相關及迴歸分析進行資料分析,研究結果顯示工作價值觀與組織承諾具有顯著關聯、不同屬性的員工對工作價值觀呈部分顯著差異、不同屬性的員工對組織承諾均呈顯著差異。 (1)台灣地區從業人員對於工作價值觀與組織承諾具有顯著關聯。 (2)不同屬性的員工對工作價值觀存在顯著不同的看法呈部分顯著差異。 (3)不同屬性的員工對組織承諾存在顯著不同的看法均呈顯著差異。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of the jobholders in Taiwan as samples’ work values and organizational commitment . This study adopted a questionnaire survey, A total of 480 copies of questionnaires have been distributed randomly, 373 respondents were counted as valid and resulting in a valid response rate of 77%. The data were analyzed by statistical analysis of t-test, ANOVA, canonical correlation, and regression analysis. The results are listed as follows. The conclusion of this research is: The work values is one of the important elements that effect the organizational commitment. 1.
