實習課程價值信念與實習成效關聯性之研究

摘要


實習課程價值信念與實習成效關聯性之研究 摘 要 近年來,教育部積極推動「技職教育再造方案」,希望縮短大學教育與就業市場需求之落差,配合教育部的政策,許多學校開始著手將實習納入正式的課程規劃之中,包括必修和選修課程。根據Eccles、Adler、Futterman、Goff、Kaczala、Meece與Midgley(1983)的期望價值理論(Expectancy-value model of achievement),當特定活動能滿足個人的需求、目標與效益性時,則該活動對個體而言就會產生較高的價值,而學生對課程的內在興趣價值與學習表現是具有高度的正向關係。Keller(1983)認為學生本身的能力及學習動機是教育成效主要的影響變數;而Eccles(1983)期望-價值理論係以價值概念描述特定活動能滿足個人不同需求及目標程度,認為人們會因為特定任務對個人具有價值而去從事某特定活動,也會因為個人知覺沒有價值而逃避。學生對課程所賦予的價值影響學習動機,進而影響學習成效。 本研究以中部某科技大學管理學院會計系及其他三個學系、已修習過必修實習課程的346位學生為對象,採用Eccles等人(1983)所提出的價值信念構面為架構,包括「成就價值」、「內在價值」、「實用價值」與「代價」四個構面,嘗試發展「實習課程價值信念量表」並探討價值信念與其實習成效的關聯性。此外,取得中部另一所科技大學會計系修畢必修實習課程之大四學生問卷資料,嘗試探討會計系學生對實習課程的價值信念,及其與實習成效之關係。 經典型相關分析發現,學生對實習課程的「成就價值」、「實用價值」與「內在價值」信念,透過典型變量正向影響實習成效,而「代價」則是負向影響。而會計系學生對實習課程的價值信念,其與實習成效的關係,亦得到類似的結果,惟「代價」對成效的影響不顯著。 關鍵字:實習課程、Eccles期望-價值理論、價值信念、實習成效

The Study of the Relationship between the Internship Value and Effectiveness ABSTRACT In recent years, the Ministry of Education actively promoted” Technical and Vocational Education and Reengineering Program”, and attempted to shorten the gap between the university education and employment market needs. For this reason, the internship course was incorporated into the formal curriculum planning in many universities recently. According to Eccles''s(1983) expectancy-value model of achievement, when the specific activities meet the personal needs, goals and benefits, the activities of individuals will have higher value, and there was a positive relationship between the intrinsic value and learning performance of individuals on the activities. Four dimensions were included based on Eccles''s(1983)expectancy-value theory when developed the scale of the internship value. Survey data(N=346) were collected from a College of Management of university which located at middle of Taiwan. And were collected survey data from a College of Accounting of university. The design, development, and evaluation of the scale of internship value and effectiveness were reported. Also, there were significant positively canonical relations between the three positive value of the internship and effectiveness. But the cost was negatively correlated with effectiveness.
