古蹟活化促進舊市區轉型為文化商圈之關鍵成功因素研究-以霧峰林家為例

Key Success Factors of Transforming into Cultural Trading Areas by Activated Historic Site: A Case Study of Wufeng Lin Family Mansion and Garden

摘要


本研究主要探討霧峰林家活化舊市區為文化商圈之關鍵成功因素,並以附近三個大型商圈與來訪之一般民眾為研究對象。首先進行深度訪談後確認六項關鍵成功因素,並依結果進行問卷調查,共計發放160份問卷,回收160份問卷,有效問卷數160份,有效回收率100%,研究結果如下:一、確認六項關鍵成功因素為:「家族形象經營」、「商圈組織的成立」、「文化活動的辦理」、「商家自身競爭力」、「文化設施結合」與「基礎交通建設」。二、不同商圈對於關鍵成功因素的重要性排序有所不同。 綜合本研究之結論,提出建議如下:一、維持現有態勢,創造未來優勢;二、提升現有品質,增加形象經營;三、與故宮、歷史博物館建立策略聯盟;四、開發具霧峰當地創意商品,創造商機;五、多參與文化活動,結合林家以推展活動

This study mainly discusses the key success factors of the activated Wufeng Lin Family Mansion and Garden that transforms former downtowns into cultural trading areas. The research subjects are 3 nearby major trading areas and general visitors. We first conduct in-depth interview to determine 6 key success factors. After data analysis the valid questionnaires were 424, invalid questionnaires were 11, the effective response rate was 97.4. The results of this research were presented as follows: 1. The determined 6 key success factors are “Family image management,” “Establishment of trading area organizations,” “Cultural activities,” “Competitiveness of businesses,” “Combination of cultural facilities,” and “Fundamental transportation.” 2. The priority of key success factors varies among different trading areas. In conclusion, the study propose the following suggestions: (1) Maintain the current status to create future advantages; (2) increase the current quality to improve image management; and (3) building strategic alliances with the National Palace Museum and other national museums of history. (4)developing creative commodities of local features, creating business opportunities. (5) participate in cultural activities frequently by combining activities regarding Wufeng Lin Family Mansion and Garden.
