台灣大專院校幼兒教保相關科系的設立頗多,而所栽培出的專業幼兒保育及幼兒教育專業人才更是繁多,目前各國開始出現少子女化之連鎖效應,當然在台灣也不例外,因此,在大學專業及學術的養育過程中所產生的專業師資,未來該何去何從?對於自我在就學期間是否有準備萬全的生涯策略?這將是值得我們去思考研究的問題。 本研究的目的在於探討大學幼兒教保相關科系大學畢業生在學時修課策略、大學幼兒教保相關科系大學畢業生對於未來就業準備策略為何,以及了解大學幼兒教保相關科系大學畢業生生涯策略規畫之現況,藉此增加幼兒教保相關科系大學生對於自我未來的規畫,並提供給目前尚在就學幼兒教保相關科系的大學生為一參考。 本研究以四位幼兒教保相關科系大學畢業生為主要研究對象,採用半結構式的訪談獲得資料。研究結果發現:其不同的價值觀與個人特質對於自己的選課策略、生涯規畫策略、未來就業準備策略、轉職因素及策略等皆有所不同的意義呈現。 最後本研究根據研究結論,提供機構單位、幼兒教保相關科系學生、幼兒園以及未來研究提供相關建議與改革方向。

The purpose of this study is to explore the University Early Childhood Educators of related departments of university graduates in the strategy of hours taught, the university early childhood education security related departments of university graduates for why the preparation for employment policy in the future, and understanding of the University Child Care to Kyobo department University the current status of strategic planning in the graduate career, in order to increase the related departments of Students Early Childhood Educators, and provide security-related departments are still in school children to teach college students as a reference for future planning. In this study, four children to teach security related departments of university graduates as the main object of study, using semi-structured interviews to obtain information. The results showed that: its different values and personal qualities for their own elective strategy, career planning, strategy, preparation for employment policy in the future, the transfer factors and strategies, etc vary depending on the significance of showing. Finally, based on research findings, institutional units, the Early Childhood Educators'' department students, kindergarten, and future research to provide relevant advice and direction of reform.
