摘要


本研究探討之個案公司屬電子產業,其主要生產產品為電子用品所使用的電源供應器。而在電子產業這競爭激烈的環境中如想生存,除技術掌握之外,其更重要則是如何進行完善的工廠管理,良好之工廠管理能降低不必要的浪費以促進公司整體營運績效提升。 藉由過去諸位學者針對工廠管理所提出之相關研究中發現,其中將5S管理手法以及精實生產管理思維,導入內部各項作業流程其完整性可做改善,因而奠定本研究之方向,以精實管理導入研究中,並另外將公司之人、機、料、法及環五項重點管理項目納入探討,再融合程序分析五大項目(檢驗分析、操作分析、搬運分析、儲存分析及等待分析)以做全方位的改善,建構一套5S創新管理模式。 本研究運用個案研究法進行研究,其實證分析來自真實操作輔導,研究結果可得知,經由創新管理模式所輔導改善後,生產流程效率有顯著的提升、人員價動率顯著提升、儲存空間大幅改善、減少不必要之人力、庫存浪費等。此外,最後保持工作環境清潔,創造良好氛圍使人員提升士氣及效率,為公司創下另一階段向上成長的基石。

This study is to explore the company belong electronics industry, and its main products for electronic equipment is used in the power supply. If electronics industry in this highly competitive environment, tries to survive, except to grasp technique, it is more important to improve the factory management, good factory management can reduce unnecessary waste in order to promote the company's overall operating performance improved. By the past scholars research for related factory management found which will use 5S Management practices and LEAN Production Management thinking, into the interior workflow can improve their integrity, and thus establish the direction of this study, use LEAN Production Management to import the study, and import another company of man, machine, material, method and environment five key management projects into the discussion, then integration Program Analysis of the five items (test analysis, operational analysis, handling analysis, storage analysis and waiting analysis) to do all the improvements, construct an Innovative 5S Management model. In this study which use Case Study Research, the analysis result is from the real operation counseling, and the research results that know after through counseling of innovative management model, the efficiency of production processes has significantly improved, staff rate of action significantly enhance, storage space substantially improved, reducing unnecessary manpower, inventory and other waste. In addition, thoroughly clean work environment, and create a good atmosphere so improve staff morale and efficiency. Therefore, creating the company another grow up foundation of section.
