近年來文化觀光旅遊盛行,在台南市安平古堡具有發展文化觀光旅遊的良好條件,透過導覽解說可將文化的內涵更加容易使遊客了解,因此,遊客對於導覽解說之需求將影響遊客對該遊憩區的重遊意願。 本研究針對參加安平古堡旅遊的遊客進行問卷調查,使用SPSS 12.0 電腦套裝軟體作為資料分析工具,採描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、信度分析、因素分析、多元迴歸分析來進行資料處理及研究假設之驗證。 研究結果顯示: 一、受訪者對導覽解說設施需求的檢定結果,在性別、婚姻、年齡、月收入、職業方面皆無顯著差異。 二、受訪民眾不同教育程度在導覽解說設施需求方面,除了「字體大小」達顯著水準外,其餘皆不顯著。 三、不同居住地區受訪者在導覽解說設施需求方面,除了「放置地點」具顯著性差異外,「字體大小」、「解說牌內容」、「圖文解說」和「活潑生動」並無顯著差異。 四、不同性別、婚姻、年齡、教育程度、不同月收入、不同居住地受訪者對於導覽解說人員需求皆無顯著性差異。 五、受訪民眾不同職業在導覽解說人員需求方面,除了「幫助了解」具顯著性差異,其餘項目皆不具顯著差異。 本研究結果可提供政府相關單位及導覽解說單位,作為行銷安平古堡旅遊策略的參考,藉以提昇我國的文化觀光品質。 關鍵字:導覽解說、需求、安平古堡
Recently, cultural tourism is becoming popular. The An Ping castle has good condition for developing cultural tourism. Through navigation makes tourists more easier understand the culture. So the requirement of navigation will affect how tourists will come back again. This research do questionnaire for those who travel to An-Ping castle. Use SPSS 12.0 software as analysis measure, using descriptive statistics, independent sample test, single-factor analysis of variance, reliability analysis, factors, multiple regression analysis for processing data and testing hypothesis. The result reveals: 1. The result of facility navigation against responders has no difference between sex, marriage, age, income and occupation. 2. Except the size of the word, others are not significant for responders on different education grade. 3. Responders living in different places have significant difference at facility navigation. Except placing location, font size, commentary brand content, graphic commentary and lively have no difference. 4. Responders at different sex, marriage, age, education, income and habitat have no difference for requirement of navigator. 5. Responders in different occupation have no different requirement for navigator, except helping understand. This research may provide government and navigate position for selling An-Ping traveling strategy to improve the tourism quality. Key words:Interpretation, Requirement, An-Ping castle.
