噴砂產業經營策略之分析 — 以某噴砂業者為例

摘要

現今日新月異，高科技時代來臨之情勢下，本國傳統產業的生存必須面臨一定的困境與挑戰。另外，從2002 年台灣加入WTO 後打開對外貿易
之窗口，再加上2010 年6 月兩岸簽訂「經濟合作架構協議(ECFA)」等，種種外在環境因素皆促使本國傳統產業須面對更激烈的競爭。為了永續經營，個案噴砂業者必須審視自身資源並適時掌握外部機會，擬定未來發展目標，以強化企業本身的產業競爭力，方能在國際經濟情勢快速變遷之洪流下生存。

本研究以個案噴砂業作為研究對象，先行透過PEST 分析，了解該個案噴砂業在外部環境趨勢下所面臨的機會(Opportunities)與威脅(Threats)。其次，再針對個案噴砂業對本身公司內部的深入瞭解進行探討分析，以獲得個案噴砂業的優勢(Strengths)及劣勢(Weakness)，之後再根據SWOT 矩陣四象限內容交互分析結果，擬定出十項經營策略，分別為「以專業技術研發新產品」、「與上下游廠商建立良好關係發展合作戰略」、「擴大與國內各產業間之合作以提升競爭力」、「爭取政府資源以輔助傳統產業升級」、「改善內部管理績效，有效提升效率」、「提升管理者之能力或吸取優秀專業經理人」、「利用產品差異化、產品客製化提升產品本身競爭力」、「改善防制汙染設施，以因應國際間所重視之環境保護議題」、「化被動為主動，深入瞭解民眾需求，進而發掘產業新契機」及「隨時做好應有準備，隨時掌握可能發生的機會」，最後彙整出結論及建議，以提供給個案噴砂業者做為未來經營管理的參考方針。

In this ever-changing , high-tech era , the survival of the traditional
industries have faced some difficulties and challenges. In addition, Taiwan's
accession to the WTO in 2002 had lead to the opening of international trade.
Besides,Taiwan had also signed the "Economic Cooperation Framework
Agreement (ECFA) in June 2010 , all kinds of external environmental factors are
prompting the traditional industries to face more intense competition. For the
sustainable operation,the sandblasting industry case must examine their own
resources, and timely grasp the opportunities to develop future development
goals in order to survive in a rapidly changing environment.

This research chooses sandblasting industry as a case of study project.
With PEST analysis, this research obtain the environment tread opportunities(O)
and threats (T). Secondly,this research also discuss this case company's internal
analysis in order to gain Strengths(S) and weakness(w) data. After that,this
research draw out 10 primary strategies according to the SWOT matrix and at
last ,this research aggregates all the data into the conclusions and
recommendations，provides them to the case company as the management and
operations in the future.
