本篇論文旨在探討臺中市國民小學教師在不同個人背景變項對於其工作滿意度的關係,據以提供國民小學教師有效管理與提升工作效率之參考。首先採取問卷調查法進行樣本蒐集,蒐集對象以「臺中市」之現職公立國民小學教師為主,共發出309份問卷,回收304份,有效問卷為275份,問卷回收率為98.38%,問卷有效率為89%。在實證調查部分所使用的研究工具為「國民小學教師工作滿意度調查問卷」,包含「個人基本資料」、「工作滿意度量表」兩部份。其中8項個人背景變項作為屬性,3項工作滿意度感受程度作為類別,將所得資料利用三種統計方法進行資料分析:百分比和平均數。接著藉由資料探勘技術中的決策樹來探討背景變項與工作滿意度感受程度之間的關係。在使用決策樹軟體See 5分析後,獲得國小教師工作滿意度在工作本身方面,全體教師70.5%是高滿意,在人際關係上,有74.9%是高滿意,對於本研究中工作滿意度的其他四個層面,使用決策樹後,亦可獲得相對應的分類規則。最後,根據決策樹所得之分類規則,可提供教師了解個人背景變項和工作滿意度之關係,並提出具體建議,提升教師工作效率,增進教學效能以及身心健康。
The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers who have different personal background in Taichung City. The research results will provide the elementary school teachers to effectively manage and upgrade their job satisfaction. At first, this thesis adopts questionnaire study for 309 sampling teachers who are currently serving in Taichung City elementary schools. There are 304 questionnaires returned and 275 questionnaires are valid. The recovery rates and valid rates are 98.38% and 89%, respectively. The tool of empirical investigation used in this thesis is the job satisfaction questionnaire of elementary school teacher. The questionnaire job satisfaction of elementary school teacher includes personal information and job satisfaction scale. There are eight attributes that include important personal background variables and three classes of job satisfaction. All collecting data are analyzed using three statistical methods including percentage and mean. Then, the decision tree in data mining technique is used to analyze the job satisfaction of elementary school teacher. After applying the decision tree software “See 5”, we obtained the following results. The degree of high satisfaction regarding the work is 70.5%, and the degree of high satisfaction regarding the interpersonal relationships is 74.9%. In addition, we also obtained the corresponding rules of the other four levels after applying the “See 5”.Finally, the result of this thesis can upgrade teacher’s satisfaction and improve the effectiveness of teaching and working as well as physical and mental health.
