彰化縣公立幼兒園家長對課後留園現況滿意度之調查研究

摘要


本研究旨在調查彰化縣公立幼兒園家長對於幼兒參與課後留園現況滿意度的情形,研究目的為探討幼兒參與課後留園服務的現況、探討家長對課後留園服務現況的滿意程度、分析不同背景變項下的家長,對課後留園服務現況滿意度的差異、比較不同幼兒參與課後留園服務現況,與其家長對課後留園服務滿意度之差異。本研究使用問卷調查法為主,訪談為輔,以彰化縣103學年度參加課後留園服務之公立幼兒園為研究範圍,調查工具為「彰化縣公立幼兒園家長對課後留園現況滿意度之調查問卷」,採取分層立意取樣方式,以參與課後留園服務之幼童家長為研究對象,共計發出381份問卷,回收之有效問卷有312份,問卷資料輸入後以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析及薛費事後比較進行分析。另外,透過半結構式的個別訪談,增加對公立幼兒園辦理課後留園情況的暸解。研究發現如下: 一、彰化縣公立幼兒園家長對於課後留園滿意度達滿意程度。 二、不同背景變項下的家長,唯有不同的補助情形對於課後留園服務現況滿意度有顯著差異。 三、不同參與天數、時數與費用,家長對課後留園滿意度皆有顯著差異,其中參與五天、一天兩小時以上、費用高的滿意度最高。 四、不同參與原因,家長對課後留園滿意度有顯著差異,其中家長讓幼兒參與課後留園的主要原因為「配合家長工作」,但家長對此原因的滿意 度分數僅排序第三。 五、不同班級幼兒人數、教室空間,家長對課後留園滿意度有顯著差異,其中班級幼兒人數10人以下、在原本教室上課的滿意度最高。 六、不同師資安排、師資人力,家長對課後留園滿意度有顯著差異,其中師資皆是園內教師、一個班有三位老師協同的滿意度最高。 根據研究發現,針對家長、幼兒園、政府以及未來研究提出相關建議,如請家長與幼兒員保持密切聯繫,留意課後留園相關訊息、請幼兒園以多元方式公告課後留園訊息,加強課程創新度、請政府建立完善辦理課後留園之行政體系,需要特別關注師生留園安全維護的問題。 關鍵字:課後留園服務、課後托育、滿意度

The objective of this research is to investigate parents satisfaction on the after school care from ChangHua county municipal preschools. The study scope includes the current status of afterschool care, parent satisfaction towards the current after school care service, analyze the different background of parents may bring the satisfaction variance as well as compare the status of different children and the variance of their parent satisfaction towards to after school care service. The main study method is Questionnaire Survey and supported by interview. The research focus on the ChangHua county municipal preschools which have provided the after school care in 103 Academic Year. The research tool is “Parents Satisfaction Questionnaire on The After School Care Service from ChangHua County Municipal Preschools”. Through stratified purposive sampling, parents of children participating after school care are our study samples. There were 381 questionnaires were sent and 312 ones were returned. The questionnaire data were analyzed by means of frequency distribution, percentage, average, Standard Deviation, T-test, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffe's posteriori comparisons. In addition, the semi-structured interviews were conducted to further understand the status of public after school care. The research results were as followed: 1.Parents are satisfied with The After School Care Service from ChangHua County Public Preschools. 2.The parent satisfaction would only vary from parents who were granted with the subsidy/ allowance for after school care service. 3.The parent satisfaction on after school care service is varied, depending on how many days, hours their children participate and how much money they have spent. The most satisfying after school care is with the following factors: the 5 days per week, more than 2 hours per day at higher expense. 4.The parent satisfaction on after school care service may be different because of various reasons for their children participating after school care. “Fitting working parents need” is the major reason for participating, however the satisfaction on this reason has just come to the 3rd place of all. 5.The number of children per class, class room space may bring varied satisfaction on the after school care service. Among these factors, 10 children per class in the original classroom is the most satisfied arrangement. 6.The parent satisfaction on after school care may vary because of teacher qualification, number of teacher. The research shows that teachers from the same preschool and 3 teachers per class is the most satisfied arrangement. Base on the research result, our suggestions to parents, preschool, government are as follow: Parents should stay in close contact and communications with preschool and pay close attention to the information that relates to after school care. The preschool should release the related information through various media and bulletin, improve the class innovation. We also suggest that government to build up a comprehensive executive & administrative system for after school care service, especially to stay focus on the security maintenance for children and teachers.
