摘要

台灣股票市場在政府推動與開放的環境下，證券業發展迅速，尤其於1990年期間總數高達381家為最蓬勃時期。綜觀近幾十年來股市發展脈絡，上下起伏波動相當大，儘管投資風險充滿不確定性，投資股票市場依舊是社會大眾投資的重要管道之一。在股票市場的投資人必須一個人面對許多訊息，並依自己分析和方法來做投資，以現今資訊發達的程度，理應可以幫助投資人快速的對股票標的做出決策，可是投資人的績效往往無法獲得滿意，因此本研究認為無法造成滿意的原因，可能來自於投資人在接受相關資訊時的認知度不同與心理上的偏誤。
為了探討投資人在股票投資績效，首先探討投資人在股票上的實際獲利與基本變項是否相關。而後，利用重要度/滿意度分析法(Importance Performance Analysis, IPA)試圖找出投資者在投資策略上需改善的題項，目的藉由這些需改善題項提出改善策略以期未來能在投資獲利上能更精進。

Taiwan’s stock market in the government to promote and open environment, the securities industry has developed rapidly, especially in the period the total number up to 381 in 1990 as the most vigorous period. With the ups and downs of the stock market, share investments have become one of the major investment strategies adopted by the general public.
Investors in the stock market must be a person to face a lot of information, and to do according to their own investment analysis and methods to the extent information developed today, should help investors quickly make decisions on the subject of stock, but investors’ performance always can’t get satisfaction, this study found it impossible to create a satisfactory reason may come from a different investor awareness in an interview with the relevant information and psychological bias.
In order to explore investment in stock investment performance, the first people to explore the practical profit investment in stocks and basic variables are correlated. Then, use the degree of importance / satisfaction analysis (Importance Performance Analysis, IPA) trying to figure out questions of investors in the investment strategy of improvement, the need to improve the purpose by these questions of proposed strategies to improve the future of energy in profitable investment on more sophisticated.
