復健症狀治療與物理治療儀器使用的相關資訊系統

病患復健治療紀錄方法雖輸入電腦，卻是單筆累計而無整合系統，無法即時且快速提供線上查詢。病患復健結果可否利用數據及資料分析技術來達到工作效率的提升？建立多向度的資料彙整查詢，如：年齡、地區、症狀、病歷號、性別、物理師等。本研究以彰化縣統正骨科診所107年度復健資料案例為研究目標，並加以彙整，藉由強大的資料庫分析，訂定彙整系統查詢。盼能藉由本研究所提供之系統使醫護人員利用資訊技術與資源，在病患復健資訊輸入電腦時，即建立了一套醫療查詢的資料庫，並在其中建立關聯性，以利病患復健資訊管理與分析。本研究所建立之資訊系統將可縮短時間與人力來進行醫療復健調配，提高復健的執行效率。

Although the method 0f patient rehabilitation and treatment record method is entered into the computer, it is only a recording of single record but not an integrated system, and it is not possible to provide online inquiries instantly. Can patient rehabilitation results use data and apply data analysis techniques to improve work efficiency? Indeed a multi-dimensional data collection, query and processing system is needed to provide such as age, region, symptoms, medical record number, gender, physics division, etc. In this study, the cases of rehabilitation data of Changhua Orthopedic Clinic in 2018 were used as the research target and consolidated. A powerful database analysis was used to determine the integration system query. It is hoped to enable medical staff to utilize information technology and resources. When the patient's rehabilitation information is entered into the computer, a database of medical queries is established; and the relationship is established to facilitate the management and analysis of patient's rehabilitation information. The system proposed by this research will shorten the time and manpower to deploy medical rehabilitation and to improve the efficiency of rehabilitation.
