水產養殖業發達是造成水源短缺與水體優氧化之主因之一,為解決水產 養殖帶來的諸多問題,水循環技術是未來發展之趨勢。本研究以包埋菌系 統、超濾系統及雙系統(包埋菌系統與超濾系統組合應用)探討各系統應用於 模擬淡水養殖水(氨氮、亞硝酸鹽氮、硝酸鹽氮、化學需氧量)之成效。雙系 統應用於低濃度模擬淡水養殖水,可有效去除各污染濃度,氨氮、亞硝酸 鹽氮及硝酸鹽氮去除率皆可達80%,且經水循環處理24 小時後,3 者去除 率皆可達95%以上。應用雙系統水循環24 小時後,各污染濃度之去除皆可 達水體生物可耐受之濃度標準。雙系統應用於高濃度模擬淡水養殖水,各 污染物濃度去除效率皆未達水體生物可耐受之濃度標準。應用包埋菌系統 處理模擬淡水養殖水,各組別水體降解效率皆未滿60%,且未達水體生物 可耐受之濃度標準。應用超濾系統過濾模擬淡水養殖水,各組別水體去除 效率皆低於15%,且未達水體生物可耐受之濃度標準。因此,未來水產養 殖水循環發展,建議應用雙系統技術,方可達最佳水循環效率。
Aquaculture is one of the main causes of water shortages and eutrophication. In order to solve the problems caused by aquaculture, water recirculating technology is a trend under development. In this project, using immobilized microorganism, ultra-filtration, and combined immobilized microorganism and ultra-filtration in series (combined system) to treat the simulated water in recirculation aquaculture systems. Examination of water quality includes NH4+-N, NO2--N, NO3--N, and COD in low and high concentration simulated water. Combined system applied to simulated aquaculture recirculating water with low concentration has effective removals of the pollutants. NH4+-N, NO2--N, and NO3--N removal ratios are higher than 80%. After 24 hours of water recirculating in combined system, NH4+-N, NO2--N and NO3--N removal ratios are higher than 95%. The pollutants concentration after the treatment by combined system conforms to water quality standard for aquaculture, but the water quality with only immobilized microorganism system or ultra-filtration system is not suitable for aquaculture. When combined system applied to a simulated high concentration of pollutant waster, the pollutants removal ratios could not conform to water quality standard for aquaculture because of higher pollutant concentration and lower retention time. Experimental results indicated that combined system was suitable for aquaculture recirculating water. Combined system can stabilize water quality for a suddenly high pollutants level. Water recirculation for aquaculture has a lower demand for fresh water resource and a lower pollution to water body. Water recirculation also gives a good water resource and water quality for Aquaculture.
