本研究旨在探討探索教育團體對憂鬱傾向高中生自我效能影響研究。本研究將學生分為實驗組與控制組,實驗組成員接受共計12個小時的探索教育團體方案,控制組則不接受任何實驗處理。 研究者以「貝克憂鬱量表第二版」(The Brck Depression Inventory-Second Edition,BDI-II)與「中學自我效能量表」為研究工具,對實驗組與控制組進行前、後與追蹤測評量,並將所得資料進行Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney考驗,藉以探討實驗處理的效果。研究者更根據研究過程與回饋資料進行分析,進而對探討探索教育團體方案之實施成效佐證。 本研究結果發現:實驗組在生涯發展、人際關係、體能表現,分量表測驗得分,均高於前測分數。由此可見,探索教育團體對憂鬱傾向高中生之自我效能是有正向作用的。
The purpose of this study is to explore that how the adventure education group programs help those depressive-tendency senior high school students to do self-efficacy. This study divided students into experimental and control groups, members of the experimental group received a total of 13 hours to adventure education group program while the control group did not receive any experimental treatment. Researchers used “the Brck Depression Inventory-Second Edition (BDI-II)” and “Senior high School self-efficacy scale” as research tools to evaluate the experimental and control groups before、after as well as tracking amount. Furthermore, the resulting data will be tested by the Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney to investigate the effect of the experimental treatment as implementation corroboration. The result of this study discoves that in those aspects of career development, interpersonal relationships and physical performance, scores of the experimental group are significantly higher than the controled group. It shows that adventure education in group seems to have a positive effect for the self-efficacy of the depressive-tendency senior high school students.
