壽險業務員工作壓力與因應策略之研究-以P人壽保險公司於中、彰、投區域為例

摘要


本研究目的旨在探討P人壽保險公司於中、彰、投區域之壽險業務人員工作壓力與因應策略的現況、不同背景變項的壽險業務員之工作壓力的差異情形及因應策略的差異情形、對工作壓力不同程度者使用因應策略的差異情形。為考驗上述情形,本研究採用問卷調查法,以P人壽保險公司於中、彰、投區域之壽險業務人員為對象進行問卷調查,共回收311份有效問卷受試樣本,然後將獲得之資料進行統計分析。茲將研究分析之結論歸納為:一、工作壓力之現況以人際關係之壓力最高;而壓力因應策略以情緒調適較為困擾。二、不同背景變項中對於工作壓力各層面之「工作負荷」、「上級壓力」、「人際關係」、「專業知能」層面之變異性,均有部分未達顯著性。但對於工作壓力之「整體層面」達顯著影響。三、不同背景變項中對於壓力因應策略力各層面「解決問題」、「理性思考」、「尋求支持」、「情緒調適」層面之變異性,均有部分未達顯著性。而在背景變項中之「婚姻狀況」、「工作年資」對於壓力因應策略力之「整體層面」達顯著影響。四、不同程度之工作壓力對於壓力因應策略之各層面「解決問題」、「理性思考」、「尋求支持」、「情緒調適」及「整體層面」,均未達顯著性。 參酌研究結果,茲提出以下建議,以供從事壽險業務人員與未來從事相關研究者參考:一、提升專業能力,以舒緩壓力。二、促進團結合作,以增進相互關係。三、培養人際互動,學習情緒管理。四、分工明確,以減輕工作壓力。五、對於未來研究者之研究對象及研究變項宜增加數量,研究方法應輔以質的研究,以增強研究的內涵。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the current situation of job stress and coping strategies of salespersons of the Taichung, Changhua, and Nantao branches of P life insurance company’s branch offices. Also, the aim of this study was to compare the differences in job stress and coping strategy of life insurance salespersons among diverse background variables, and to investigate the differences in applying coping strategies to the various levels of job stress that salespersons perceived. A survey method was conducted for this study. Questionnaires were sent to life insurance salespersons, who work for the Taichung, Changhua, and Nantao branches of P life insurance company. The data were conducted statistical analysis based on 311 valid questionnaires. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. On the current situation of job stress, the stress from “Human Relations” was the highest; on the coping strategy, “Emotion Adjustment” showed bewildered. 2. On the job stress among diverse background variables, there are no statistically significant differences among parts of “Work Burden”, “Superior’s Requirements”, “Human Relations”, and “Professional Capability”. However, there is a statistically significant difference on the “Overall Aspects”. 3. On the coping strategy among diverse background variables, there are no significant differences among parts of “Problem Solving”, “Rational Thinking”, “Seeking for Support”, and “Emotion Adjustment”. Nevertheless, there are statistically significant differences among “marital status” and “seniority”. 4. On the coping strategy among various levels of job stress, there are no significant differences among “Problem Solving”, “Rational Thinking”, “Seeking for Support”, “Emotion Adjustment”, and “Overall Aspects”. Finally, recommendations regarding people working for life insurance companies or doing related researches on this topic are made in accordance with the conclusions drawn from this research. 1. To enhance professional capability to relieve stress. 2. To promote teamwork to improve the interpersonal relationship. 3. To cultivate and keep social interactions, and to learn emotion management. 4. A clear division of labor would help to decrease the stress from work. 5. For further studies, researchers can increase the number of subjects and variables and need to adopt qualitative research method to expand the content.
