組織氣氛對射箭教練訓練成效─以團隊凝聚力之中介因素之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討射箭團隊中的組織氣氛、團隊凝聚力與訓練成效之影響。研究範圍為全國射箭學校高中之學生,根據統計全國高中射箭學校共27所,研究母體總數為351人。採用普查方式蒐集資料共計發放351份問卷,扣除填答不完全者等無效問卷共66份後,總共有效問卷為285份,有效問卷率為81%。統計分析方式包含描述性統計分析、項目分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及結構方程模式進行統計分析後,獲得結果如下:一、性別對組織氣氛認知部分顯著差異;二、到現在為止最佳運動成績對組織氣氛認知、團隊凝聚力及訓練成效部分達顯著差異;三、組織氣氛會正向且顯著的影響訓練成效;四、組織氣氛會正向且顯著的影響團隊凝聚力;五、團隊凝聚力會正向且顯著的影響訓練成效。

The purpose of this study attempts to explore the relationship of organizational climate, team cohesion and the training effectiveness of an archery team. Subjects were 27 senior high school students of archery team and total 351 subjects in Taiwan. Census method was conducted in the study base upon the 351 subjects that were issued, and 351 were collected, 66 were invalid which resulted in the validity return rate were 81%. The statistical analysis methods in this study consist descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance and structure equation model. The results were as follows: 1. Gender and organizational climate were shown a part to be significantly different; 2. Participating students have been the best athletic achievement in performance shown significant different was covered between organizational climate, team cohesion and training effectiveness; 3. Organizational climate has positive effect and significantly relationship on training effectiveness; 4. Oganizational climate has positive effect and significantly relationship on team cohesion; 5. Team cohesion has positive effect and significantly relationship on training effectiveness.
