夫妻創業之主導模式與社會網絡對頭家娘商業智能發展之影響

摘要


中小企業在臺灣快速發展,而這些企業通常是已婚的經營者並且是夫妻皆有涉入其中。此研究之研究目的為夫妻創業頭家娘之自我認同及涉入程度所代表的主導模式及社交網絡對商業智能發展的影響。頭家娘猶如幕後推手幫助頭家經營企業。此研究執行共四個月且每個案訪談時間至少兩小時,以面對面訪談及開放式問題詢問七位頭家娘,並且使用個案分析法做資料分析整理。研究結果為頭家娘的自我認同感、涉入高低及社交活動影響頭家娘於技能、知識和能力之商業智能發展進而可運用於管理企業之上。

Small and medium enterprises develop quickly in Taiwan. The managers of these enterprises are often married couples. Couples working in such businesses are known as copreneurs. This study aims to examine copreneurs’ dominant mode of self-identity and involvement, and the social network influences the business intelligence of the wife in such a couple. The entrepreneur’s wife is like a silent motivator for the husband on enterprise performance. The researcher interviewed 7 participants face-to-face and prepared open-ended questions to ask to understand the effects of entrepreneur’s wife’s self-identity, involvement, social network, and further to discover how they practice their abilities and business intelligence. The Case Study approach was used to conduct the data analysis. The findings of the research identified connect of business duties with social activities and develop the abilities and skills of entrepreneur’s wife’s business intelligence, her abilities, and her thoughts on enterprise performance.
