一般建築物包含建築、水電、消防、空調、弱電工程等,由於各工種的施工先後順序有所不同,因而產生許多施工界面的問題。本研究主要歸納出目前機電工程各項介面管理問題及改善解決方案,並透過統包模式及整合套圖模式,歸納出其優缺點比較進而改善施工品質及進度。 本研究主要掌握未來建築與水電管線系統建置發展之課題,並將建築與水電管線施工系統做到最有效的管理,提昇日後「施工品質」及 「降低成本」和「減少工程糾紛」等問題,再從中歸納出結論與施工介面之建議,並透過3度空間施工圖及套圖方式,使建築整體工程中之水電工程,能依進度及先後順序施工,以達盡善盡美,進而使工程的進度更為順利。
General buildings include construction, utilities, fire protection, air conditioning and weak current et al. Due to the sequence difference of each kind of work, thus there are many problems from construction interface. This study are summarized some of management problems and solution suggestions about each interface problems of Electrical and Mechanical and through the turnkey procurement and integrated drawing to compare the advantages and disadvantages in order to improve construction quality and progress. The study represents the future development of building and piping system issues that to approach the most effective management of building and piping construction in order to improve future “construction quality”, “reduce costs” and “reduce engineering disputes " which will be summarized the conclusion and suggestion from the construction interface. Through 3-D construction drawings, and integrated drawing, the piping /utilities system can be continued by sequence and progress for the whole construction that to achieve the ideal project.
