社會福利慈善事業基金會專職人員工作價值觀與組織承諾關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討財團法人社會福利慈善事業基金會專職人員工作價值觀及對組織承諾的關係。首先,蒐集有關工作價值觀及組織承諾的相關文獻並加以探討及分析。本研究採用問卷調查法的方式,總計發放給84間基金會共404份問卷,有效問卷136份,回收率為33.66%。問卷回收後根據問卷調查的資料,利用描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析等統計方法以回答本研究待答問題。 經SPSS統計分析後,本研究的結論如下: 1.基金會專職人員的工作價值觀的知覺情形為中上程度,以成就感層面知覺情形最高。2.基金會專職人員的組織承諾的知覺情形為中上程度,以價值承諾層面知覺情形最高。3.基金會專職人員工作價值觀因背景變項的不同,部分層面具有顯著差異。4.基金會專職人員組織承諾因背景變項的不同,大部份層面具有顯著差異。5.基金會專職人員工作價值觀與組織承諾具有相關性。

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between work values and organizational commitment of staffs in social welfare and charity foundation. First of all, to collect related references of work values and organizational commitment then, study and analyze these data. By adopting document analysis and questionnaires, totally are 404 questionnaires of 84 charity foundations, the valid questionnaires are 136 and the recall rate reaches to 33.66%. The data are analyzed by mean, standard deviation, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis to answer those research questions. The conclusions of the research are as follows: 1. Staffs in social welfare and charity foundation have the higher intermediate of work values and highest sense of achievement. 2. Staffs in social welfare and charity foundation have the higher intermediate of organizational commitment and highest value of commitment. 3. It has obvious variation of the work values due to the background differential for Staffs in social welfare and charity foundation. 4. It has obvious variation of the organizational commitment due to the background differential for staffs in social welfare and charity foundation. 5. It has the positive correlation between work values and organizational commitment for staffs in social welfare and charity foundation.
