便利商店耗能及使用特性分析

摘要


本研究以調查與分析基礎資料中,將便利商店設置區位分為十大商圈類型,以及根據建築型態與特性,把建物本身分為四大類,並調查其總用電、面積、來客數、設備種類、全年單位面積耗電量(EUI,Energy Use Intens),得知便利商店來客數、用電量。EUI會依「行政區位」、「商圈類型」與「氣候分區」有所影響,全年總用電量由北向南遞增,南區為北區的1.07倍;全年總來客數中、北區較南區高。EUI中區最低,其次為北區,南區最高;而來客數交通轉運站平均最高,幹道型最低,用電量醫院類型最高、商業型最低。 便利商店建築類型中,獨棟平房屬用電175,475〔kWh.yr〕最高類型,比平均用電量最低的單邊騎樓162,285〔kWh.yr〕高約1.08倍;在各建築結構中:使用輕鋼構之結構類型,用電量皆比鋼筋混凝土高,平均相差1.05倍以上;而建築開窗統計也顯示,開窗越多耗電越高,三面開窗用電量是單面開窗1.02倍,座向以東北與東向平均EUI最低。 總用電量與各項設備,在進行逐月逐時的深入探討時:得到冷凍冷藏設備用電量佔總用電量51.7%、照明設備佔17.3%、熱源設備佔12.3%、空調設備佔11.9%、其他設備佔6.7%。門市單日用電量約為495〔kWh.d〕,用電量最高三大設備類型分別為:高噸數共用主機113.2〔kWh.d〕、使用小型壓縮機之開放冰櫃87.3〔kWh.d〕,中島櫃其用電量79.4〔kWh.d〕三項設備,並且得到四大特性,分別為「受季節氣候及營業時段影響」、「受季節氣候但不受營業時段影響」、「不受季節氣候但受營業時段影響」、「季節氣候及營業時段皆不影響」四大類。本研究除了同樣重視此部分的深入分析外,更希望作為便利商店能源控管機制重要文獻,讓所有便利超商的加盟店或直營店,可有自發性的能源管理。

In this research in order to investigate and analyze the basic data, set the location of the convenience store into the top ten business district type, as well as the architectural style and characteristic, the architecture classified four categories, and the investigation of the total electricity consumption, area, the number of customers , types of equipment, the annual per unit area of electricity consumption (EUI Energy Use Intens), like to know about the convenience store, the number of customers, the electricity consumption. And EUI will have an impact in according to the "Administrative Region "," District Type "and" climate partition, increasing total annual electricity consumption from north to south, the Southern District is 1.07 times more than the North District; total annual number of customers from the north area compared to the Southern District. District of the center is the lowest EUI, followed by North, Southern highest; the transfer post is the number of visitors the average maximum more than the lowest trunk type, the highest type of electricity consumption in hospitals, commercial-type minimum. As the architectural style of the convenience store, one-storeyed house are electricity 175,475 [kWh.yr] highest type than the lowest average electricity consumption of unilateral arcade 162,285 [kWh.yr] is about 1.08 times, in a variety of construction : light weight steel construction type, electricity consumption are higher than the reinforced concrete, with an average difference of more than 1.05 times; architectural fenestration statistics also show that more windows caused electricity consumption higher, three-sided window electricity consumption is 1.02 times, the single-sided window seat to the northeast and east are the lowest average EUI. Total electricity consumption and equipment during the monthly hourly depth: the total electricity consumption of the electricity consumption of III refrigerated equipment 51.7%, lighting equipment accounted for 17.3%, the heat source equipment accounted for 12.3% ,the air-conditioning equipment accounted for 11.9%, accounted for 6.7% of the other equipments. As per store, single daily electricity consumption is about 495 [kWh.d], the highest electricity consumption of three devices : the high tonnage shared host computer is 113.2 [kWh.d], the small compressor open freezer is 87.3 [kWh.d], in the island cabinet electricity consumption is 79.4 [kWh.d] of three devices, and the four major characteristics were affected by "seasonal climate and business hours impact the climate by season", "the climate impact on season but not business hours "and" not subject to seasonal climate, but by business hours", "seasonal climate and business hours did not affect" the four major categories. In this research, in addition to the same great importance to this part of the in-depth analysis, more hope and energy regulatory mechanism as a convenience store bibliography,for convenience stores by franchise chain or regular chain, such as spontaneous energy regulatory.
