營建廢棄物運用於再生混凝土之比較研究

摘要


台灣經濟發展快速,許多老舊建物拆除及都市更新,再加上大小地震頻繁,產生許多營建廢棄物,營建工程界應積極推廣廢棄建築物的再生運用,減少天然土石的開採,為了讓工程界能夠更明瞭再生混凝土於強度上的分類應用,因此本研究將四種不同營建廢棄物(混凝土塊、紅磚、空心磚、水泥電桿)來做詳加比較,以便再生混凝土的後期應用與研究能有明確的參考,本論文整理分類如下。 一、 低強度混凝土:採用水灰比1.0的空心磚再生混凝土,及以廢棄水泥電桿取代粗骨材的再生混凝土抗壓強度皆低於210 kgf/cm2,因此可歸類為此類,此強度可運用在鋪設鄉野間產業道路,如要使用在工程上可運用至人工魚礁等非建築構造物上,也可製成非結構物U型溝或花台、噴水池等構件。 二、 中強度混凝土:採用水灰比0.5的廢棄空心磚及廢棄紅磚再生混凝土,與廢棄混凝土及廢棄紅磚以1:2:4、1:3:5兩種不同體積比製成的再生混凝土來做試驗的結果,皆顯示強度介於抗壓強度介於210~420 kgf/cm2的規範要求,此強度在工程上可運用擋土牆、砌(排)塊石混凝土或河道構造物(如護岸、防砂壩)。 三、 控制性低強度材料(CLSM) :廢棄水泥電桿製成的再生混凝土與採用水灰比1.5的廢棄空心磚及廢棄紅磚製成之再生混凝土,強度皆低於84.36 kgf/cm2,符合此材料之規範要求,因此可考慮將以上再生骨材運用在管溝回填、鋪面底層、結構填方,能夠減少使用天然骨材並達到回收再利用。

Taiwan''s rapid economic development, many of the old building demolition and urban renewal, coupled with the size of frequent earthquakes produce many construction waste, construction engineering should actively promote the use of renewable abandoned buildings, reducing the exploitation of natural debris, to make engineering to be more clear on the strength of recycled concrete in classification applications, so this study four different construction waste (concrete blocks, bricks, hollow bricks, concrete poles) do detailed comparisons to the late application of recycled concrete research can there is a clear reference to sort out this paper is as follows. 一、 Low strength concrete: cement ratio of 1.0 using recycled concrete hollow brick, and concrete poles to replace obsolete recycled coarse aggregate in concrete compressive strength are less than 210 kgf/cm2, it can be classified as such, this strength can be applied in laying countryside between the industrial road, if you want to use in the project can be applied to artificial reefs and other non-building structures, but also can be made of non-U-shaped groove structure or flower bed, fountains and other components. 二、 Medium strength concrete: the use of water-cement ratio of 0.5 and disposal of abandoned brick hollow brick recycled concrete with recycled concrete and brick waste to 1:2:4,1:3:5 two different sizes made of recycled concrete than do test results are displayed compressive strength ranging between 210 ~ 420 kgf/cm2 specification requirements, this strength in engineering may use retaining walls, masonry (row) or river stone concrete structures (such as revetments, dams). 三、 Controlled Low Strength Material (CLSM): abandoned concrete poles made of recycled concrete water-cement ratio of 1.5 with the use and disposal of abandoned brick hollow brick made from recycled concrete strength are less than 84.36 kgf/cm2, comply with this material regulatory requirements, so you can consider the use of more recycled aggregate backfill in pipe trenches, paving the underlying, structural fill, to reduce the use of natural aggregates and achieve recycling.
