公立幼兒園家長理想中的課程與教學

摘要


本研究旨在探討公立幼兒園家長理想中的課程與教學,以及不同背景變項的公立幼兒園家長心目中理想的課程與教學之看法差異性。 本研究採問卷調查法,參考「幼兒園教保活動課程暫行大綱」六大領域及相關文獻後,自編「公立幼兒園家長理想中的課程與教學調查問卷」,於2013年4月針對臺中市公立國小附設幼兒園家長,以分層隨機取樣方式,抽取22班家長為研究樣本,共發出611份,回收有效樣本502份,回收可用率為82.1%。所得資料採描述性統計、單因子變異數、相依樣本變異數、相依樣本t考驗等統計方法進行分析。 經歸納本研究分析之結果,獲致以下結論: 一、 公立幼兒園家長對課程六大領域均表重視,其中「情緒」、「身體動作與健康」三個領域顯著高於其他領域;「美感」領域則顯著低於其他領域。 二、 公立幼兒園家長對傳統式及開放式兩種教學方式皆重視,但「開放式教學」顯著高於「傳統式教學」。 三、 不同背景變項家長理想中的課程之現況,在學校區域、身份、年齡、職業、教育程度、家庭收入達顯著差異。 四、 不同背景變項家長理想中教師教學方式之現況,在身份、年齡、職業、教育程度、家庭收入達顯著差異。 最後依據研究結果,針對教育主管機關、幼兒園、教師及未來研究者,提出若干建議,期望對幼兒教育有所助益。

The purpose of this study is to examine parents’ perceptions toward curriculum and instruction in public preschools and the discrepancies in their perceptions with different background variables taken into consideration. The study made us of a questionnaire survey as the means of data extraction from the parents of students enrolled at municipal elementary preschools in Taichung through stratified random sampling by adopting self edited questionnaires of the parents’ perceptions toward curriculum and instruction in public preschools in Apirl, 2013. With parents of students from 22 classes chosen as the samples, a total of 611 copies of questionnaires were distributed. 502 valid samples were recovered (translating to an effective sample recovery rate of 82.1%). The data were then processed and analyzed through techniques including descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA, dependent sample variance and dependent sample t-test. Results of these statistical analyses led to the following conclusions: 1、 The parents’ perceptions toward curriculum in public preschools all attach importance to the six major domains. Emotion, Body movements and health are two domains that obviously got more attention than others. Aesthetic feeling got less attention than other domains obviously. 2、 Open instruction and traditional instruction are two ideal educating styles that parents’ perceptions toward instruction in public preschools prefer how teachers teach. However, open instruction got more attention than traditional one obviously. 3、 There are great differences in the area of schools, appellations, age, career, education and family income when it comes to the parents’ with different background variables perceptions toward curriculum in public preschools. 4、 There are great differences in appellations, age, career, education and family income when it comes to the parents’ with different background variables perceptions toward instruction in public preschools. Based on the results of these statistical analyses, the study offers a number of suggestions for concerned authorities in charge of education, preschools, teachers and other researchers interested in the subject with the hope of contributing to the field of early education.
