由於資訊科技的快速發展,數位教案的製作方式趨向多元化,業界發現現有數位教案製作難以依製作流程進行分工,且在設計教材的流程中並沒有統一的架構及標準化的製作規範,使得教案後續維護困難,而客戶在資訊發展迅速下對教案內容的變動需求加大,因而需要花更多的時間進行改版和重製,造成製作完成的教材無法有效的滿足教學者的教學想法,以及教材無法持續維持良好的教學品質與有效達到縮短製作過程與降低重製成本,為了達成數位教案開發的良好品質與制定標準化教材製作規範與流程,本研究提出借用軟體工程的發展經驗為基礎,思考在專業分工與角色定位的前提下,設計出能維持教材品質並有效達到縮短製作過程的數位教案製作流程,並提出各角色的分工內容以達成有規範性的教案製作流程。
The rapid development of the information technology pushes the emergence of diversified production methods of the digital teaching material. This phenomena unveils the truth that the design and production of digital teaching material could not follow a standard procedure and hard to fragmentize into independent tasks. The result is the maintenance of digital teaching material becomes harder. Under the pressure of the rapid information development, the possibility to the change of digital teaching material is larger. More time spent on the reproduction causes the resulted digital teaching material could not reach the ideal status of teacher’s requirement. Also, it is hard to fulfill the good teaching quality set by teachers and hard to shorten the production process and difficult to reduce the reproduction cost. In order to develop a standard production process, we propose a digital teaching material production roles and tasks model based on the experience of software development standard.
