中小型電子零組件代工企業競爭策略之研究-以PP公司為例

摘要


個案公司從事電子零組件加工,屬於電子產業,其服務的範圍涵有電子產品插件、組測包加工生產與原物料採購經驗,為顧客代購料件。故長期以來中小型公司,因企業規模小,不論在財力、人力、技術、工程管理、工程設計等各項資源及經驗累積常有捉襟見肘、力不從心的無奈,近年來由於受到國際經濟不景氣及金融海嘯之影響,造成國內訂單案件不但逐年遞減,市場競爭更趨激烈,故使大部份中小型企業公司陷入經營困境,因而阻礙了企業的成長及生存。中小型企業公司在困難的經營環境下,如何建立自身的核心能力、建構競爭之優勢、及提升競爭能力,讓公司能從競爭劇烈的紅海中脫穎而出,並發展出具有核心技術與能力的經營策略,為公司創造極大化之價值,此為中小型企業公司經營者之重要使命及願景。 本次研究以PP電子零組件代工公司作為研究對象,以SWOT、五力分析、資源分析及模型進行質化的研究,以找出對PP電子零組件加工公司適合之競爭能力與經營策略,並期盼更能找出對的策略,使公司能突破瓶頸,讓公司提升核心競爭能力,擴展市場規模及經營範疇,以達到永續經營之目標。

This research by the PP electron spare part generation of labor company took the object of study, by SWOT, five fores analysis, the resources analysis and the model carries on the electron particle materialization the research, discovers to the PP electron spare part processing company suits the competitive ability and the management plan, and hoped for can discover to the plan, enables the company to break through the bottleneck, lets the company promote the core competitive ability, expands the market scale and the management category, achieved continues forever goal of the management.
