利用內部溝通整合企業經營方向之研究-以台灣中國人壽保險公司為例

摘要


近幾年來,國內壽險業正面臨競爭激烈及艱困的經營環境,因此企業內部溝通更為重要。在溝通過程中,難免會出現溝通障礙的情況,以中國人壽保險公司為例,2016年底,保單停賣訊息自公司發布至外勤單位時,距離停賣日期,剩不到1個月,導致外勤人員來不及向客戶宣達。因此透過本文探討組織龐大,人數眾多的中國人壽保險公司,在行政與業務單位間,找出有效的溝通方法。 首先本研究利用員工的基本資料變項,分別與內部溝通需要與否及內部溝通能否提高效能等兩類別變項做相關性分析,其中只有內部溝通需要與否與教育程度有顯著相關。本文再建立二個邏輯斯迴歸模式分析壽險業的內部溝通需要性及內部溝通能否提高工作效能之判別正確率分別為99.6%與97.8%。本文從20個題項之滿意度中找出滿意度最差的3個題項,提出需要改善的方案,目的是使員工與公司間避免溝通不良,影響公司的經營成效,進而創作公司更好的經營績效。

In the last few years, it’s competitive and tough in the domestic life insurance business.Therefore, the communication of the internal employees is more and more important.It’s common that there will be some communication problems in the insurance company. As China Life Insurance Company an analysis model. In the end of 2016, the policy of insurance product discontinued was informed to all the salesmen. However, it’s running out of time for salesmen not only to inform the discontinued news but also introduce the insurance products one by one to the customers in a month. As a result that this report will explore and find more efficient communicationmethods between the administrative department and the salesmen of the China Life Insurance Company; which is a large organization and corporation of over 13,000 employees. The study uses the data base of the employees as two variables, which are related to the efficiency of the internal communication of the China Life Insurance Company. 1. Whether the Internal communication is a necessary to improve the efficiency for the company or not. 2. If the education degrees of employees is relative to the communication efficiency or not. This research uses two logistic regression models to analyze the internal communication requirement of the life insurance industry and whether the internal communication can improve the efficiency of the employees’ work. The correctly classification rate is 99.6% and 97.8% respectively. This study finds the worst 3 satisfied items of the 20 survey items. Which I suggest the methods. The purpose is to avoid the poor communications between employees and the company to improve the management efficiency and the business profit.
