本研究主旨係探討高中職教師工作倦怠對工作家庭衝突與幸福感之影響,並以情緒調節為干擾變項,探討情緒調節在工作倦怠對工作家庭衝突及工作倦怠對幸福感間關係之干擾效果,並作為教師個人及未來研究之參考。 本研究首先針對工作倦怠、工作家庭衝突、幸福感及情緒調節作其相關文獻回顧,以奠定本研究之理論基礎,並提出研究架構及假設。研究方法採問卷調查法,問卷量表包含工作倦怠量表、工作家庭衝突量表、幸福感量表與情緒調節量表。研究對象以原臺中市市區及大臺中之山線、海線、屯區之公私立高中職教師為主,總發放問卷數為309份,實際回收問卷數為299份,回收率為95.15%,經刪除未填答完整之問卷,有效問卷數為281份,有效問卷率為90.94%。 針對回收之有效問卷,本研究利用敘述性統計分析,以瞭解樣本資料在個人背景的分布情形;利用階層迴歸分析檢定工作倦怠對工作家庭衝突與幸福感之影響,以及情緒調節在工作倦怠對工作家庭衝突、工作倦怠對幸福感之干擾效果。 本研究根據資料實證統計分析,並依數據顯示結果,提出以下結論: 一、工作家庭衝突受工作倦怠中「情緒耗竭」、「缺乏人性化」之正向影響。 二、幸福感受工作倦怠之負向影響。 三、情緒調節會減緩工作倦怠中「降低個人成就感」負向影響幸福感。
This study mainly discussed the relationships among job burnout, work-family conflict and well-being of high school teachers and emotion regulation as a moderator to study the interfered effect on the relationship between job burnout and work-family conflict, and the relationship between job burnout and well-being has raised recommendations as the reference for school administrators, teachers and future researchers. In this study, we proposed conceptual framework and research hypotheses after the literature reviewed about job burnout, work-family conflict, well-being and emotion regulation. The research method was survey by questionnaires, including the job burnout scale, work-family conflict scale, well-being scale and emotion regulation scale. The questionnaires participants were high school teachers in Taichung City. In this study, 309 questionnaires were sent, and 299 questionnaires were returned, a return rate of 95.15%. After discarding invalid questionnaires, a total of 281 valid questionnaires, the rate of valid samples were 90.94%. After valid questionnaires collected, descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to understand the distribution of the sample data in personal background. Hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to test the moderated effect of the emotion regulation on the relationship among job burnout, work-family conflict and well-being. According to study findings, the following conclusions were proposed in the study: 1.Work-family conflict was positively affected by emotional exhaustion and lack of humanity in job burnout. 2.Well-being was negative affected by job burnout. 3.The negative relationship between reduce the sense of personal accomplishment in job burnout and well-being was be weaken by the moderating of emotion regulation.
