退休風險知覺與私校退撫儲金制認知之研究-以台中地區私立科技大學教職員為例

The Study of Retirement Risk Perception and Private School Retirement Cognition- A Case of Faculty and Staff from Private University of Technology in Taichung City

摘要

近年來我國嬰兒出生率逐年降低而產生了少子化的問題，因醫學科技的進步使得國人的平均壽命逐年提高，而人口依賴指數也逐漸上升，少子化的問題產生，使得私立學校的經營產生重大的變化，面臨著生源不足、僧多粥少、學校合併或倒閉的危機。
本研究旨在探討大台中地區私立科技大學教職員之退休風險知覺及對私校退撫儲金制認知之程度，以台中地區六所私立科大教職員進行抽樣，每校各發出50份問卷，共發出問卷300份，回收問卷223份，回收有效問卷214份，無效問卷8份，有效回收率71.33%。
研究結果分析得知私立科技大學教職員對於退休風險知覺有較高的了解，對私校退撫儲金制認知則為稍高的認知程度。而在自選投資平台選擇上，選擇穩健型者比選擇保守型者對私校退撫儲金制有較高的認知。最後根據研究結果提出實務上的建議。

In recent years, the gradual decrease in infant birth rate in Taiwan year by year has contributed to sub-replacement fertility. The advances in medical science and technology have gradually increased the average life expectancy of people in Taiwan year by year, and the population dependency index has also gradually increased. The issue of sub-replacement fertility has made the operation of private schools experience significant changes. Private schools have faced the crises of lack of resources, uneven distribution of resources, and school merger or closure.
　　The main purpose of this study is to investigate the retirement-related risk perception of school staff of private universities of science and technology in Taichung and private schools’ perception of requirement & compensation fund. This study sampled school staff of 6 private universities of science and technology in Taichung as the subjects, and distributed 50 questionnaires to each university. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, and 223 questionnaires were returned. 214 valid questionnaires were returned, and 8 invalid questionnaires were returned, with a valid return rate of 71.33%.
　　The research analysis results showed that the school staff in private universities of science and technology have a higher understanding of retirement-related risk perception and a slightly higher perception of private schools’ retirement & compensation fund. In terms of the choice of optional investment platforms, those choosing moderate investment platforms have a higher perception of private schools’ retirement & compensation fund than those choosing conservative investment platforms. In the end, this study proposed
practical suggestions according to the research results.
