籃球教練領導行為對球員組織認同及權力距離之研究

摘要


籃球教練在運動團隊中扮演著多重的重要角色。本研究旨在探討籃球教練領導行為對球員組織認同及權力距離之研究,以105學年大專院校一般男女子組,227名籃球球員為研究對象,採用問卷調查法,問卷回收後,採用敘述性統計分析、信效度分析、獨立樣本t考驗(t-Test)、單因子變異數分析(One-Way ANOVA)、皮爾森相關分析(Pearson Correlation Analysis)進行資料分析,經過分析與討論,結果發現球員在知覺教練領導行為之現況上,依次為「訓練與指導行為」、「民主行為」、「獎勵行為」、「關懷行為」、「專制行為」;在組織認同之現況上,最高為「忠誠度」、其次為「成員關係」、最低為「相似度」;在權力距離之現況上,球員與教練的權力距離相當疏遠;在知覺教練領導行為上,不同性別、每週訓練天數、與教練相處年數均無差異;18-21歲的球員偏向「專制行為」,碩一的球員偏向「訓練與指導行為」,1-2小時的球員偏向「民主行為」,11-20名的球員偏向「訓練與指導行為」。組織認同上,不同性別、年齡、在校成績均無差異;碩二、五天以上、3-4小時、四年以上的球員「忠誠度」最高;3-4年的球員「成員關係」最高;3-4年的球員「相似度」最高。在權力距離上,3-4天的訓練天數高於5天以上,其餘變項皆無差異;在教練領導行為對權力距離之相關方面,「關懷行為」與「獎勵行為」都呈現顯著正相關。在教練領導行為對組織認同之相關分析方面,「訓練與指導」、「民主行為」、「關懷行為」與「獎勵行為」都呈現顯著正相關,最後本研究所提建議應對籃球教練訓練上有所助益。
