中學女性教師親職角色衝突與調適之研究-以五位育有學前子女者為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討中學女性教師對學前子女之親職角色,及所面臨之親職角色衝突與調適之道。   本研究以半結構訪談方式,針對五位育有學前子女之中學女性教師為研究參與者,進行深度訪談,運用主題編碼方式進行資料分析。本研究結果獲得三點結論: 一、中學女性教師對學前子女的親職角色包括:規範子女行為、培養良好親子關係、建立歸屬感與學習解決問題等四項。 二、中學女性教師對學前子女之角色間衝突有:親子時間被教職工作影響、教師角色對待學前子女、子女狀況影響教職執行;角色內衝突有:與學前子女互動時,在現實生活與內心價值觀之間產生不一致的情況。 三、中學女性教師運用時間調整、溝通、調節情緒、改變工作型態、劃界線、家人支持等方式來調適角色間衝突;調適角色內衝突則以與自己對話、與家人溝通、教職工作調整等方式;此外,研究發現不同角色間彼此並非只有衝突,也能使不同角色彼此結合,產生正向影響。   最後根據研究結果,針對中學女性教師及其家人、學校行政主管及未來研究者,提出若干建議。

This study is to discuss the issues that the role of high school female teachers in parenting role of preschool-aged children, and the role of conflict and adjustment. In this study, 5 female teachers with preschool-aged children were interviewed by semi-structured and in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed by subject coding. Results of the study concluded as followings: I. The parenting role of high school female teachers including: regulate the behavior, nurture a sense of belonging, and learning problem solving. II. The interrole conflict of high school female teachers has: Parental time is influenced by teaching, Teacher role against preschool kids, teaching is influenced by preschool kids. The intrarole conflict has: When interacting with preschool-aged children, there is a discrepancy between real life and inner values. III. High school female teachers use time adjustment, communication, emotional adjustment, change the work type, dividing line, family support and other ways to adjust the interrole conflict. To adjust the intrarole conflict is to dialogue with themselves, family communication and adjustment teaching work. Besides, The study found that different roles are not always conflict with each other, but also make different roles combined with each other to have a positive impact. According to the researches and results, there are some suggestions for high school female teachers and their families, school administrators and prospective researchers who wish to explore the subject in the future.
