在全球分工的競爭下,競爭的版圖突破國家的疆界,為了使企業能夠在全球競爭下立足,如何能以低成本和差異化的策略在競爭的同業中脫穎而出,運用IT技術實為減少人工成本及人工操作錯誤的唯一法門,亦視同業中一較長短的成本優勢。 2003年Wal-Mart要求其前100大的供應商必須在2005年元旦前夕,完成所有貨箱和托盤上的RFID標籤安裝,但因Wal-Mart 的RFID計畫履行失敗,造成有心導入RFID的物流業者延宕實行計畫,僅能持著觀望心態看待由RFID畫下的利潤大餅。因此,本研究基於上述的理由,以線性結構模式(SEM)來驗證本研究修正科技接受模式(TAM)的模型,透過問卷調查探討台灣物流業對於RFID系統導入的接受度和探討目前導入的挑戰,以提供未來有心導入RFID技術之物流中心管理者參考應用。研究結果顯示:除了知覺有用性與行為意圖之間關係不顯著之外,其餘的構念:知覺易用性、相容性、主觀規範和態度皆與行為意圖有顯著的正向關係。因此,政府除了輔導和補助之外,更應致力於RFID技術的普及和擴散。
Under the Globalization, the competition of business is bounder-less. To survive in hyper-completive world, it is the key successful factor to adopt a low-cost strategy to compete with competitors all around the world. The most important thing is that information technology (IT)can reduce the labor cost and human operational errors. Wal-Mart’s RFID implement requests its top 100 suppliers to begin tagging pallets in June 2003. However, this plan was in vain and let logistics stop adopting RFID applications and lose the first mover advantage. Based on above reasons, this research will propose a model modified from TAM and test with SEM method. The objective is to find the factors affecting the implement of RFID system and to be a reference case to the supervisors in Taiwan logistics. The result of this analysis reveals that there are positive relations among Perceived ease of use, Compatibility, Subjective norm, and Attitude. In addition, it also shows that there is no positive impact of Perceived usefulness on Behavioral Intention. Taiwan government not only provides pilot programs and supports, but also makes RFID technology in public.
