This thesis aims at the design and implementation of an Autonomous Mobile Robot with Computer Vision and Network Communication. The major components of the Mobile Robot system include a main control PC, three DC motors and omni-direction wheels, eight sonar sensors and Logitech webcam. In the other way, we design Mobile Robot controller in VisSim by using Visual C++. Complete face tracking and remote control in a diagram based control environment. And wish be a good reference on robot research in our lab.
