新型自動削鉛筆機之研發

Development of New Type of Automatic Pencil Sharpener

摘要

本研究主要以發展具備下列功能之自動削鉛筆機為主：一、自動夾持鉛筆；
二、對於筆桿切截面不同與筆徑大小(5mm~14mm)之鉛筆皆可切削；三、可依使用
者需要切削不同筆頭型式之鉛筆。文中敘述吾人如何以削鉛筆機的發展史，現有
相關的專利狀況與目前市售的產品為基礎，訂定設計規格，並進行機構設計與製
作，進行的過程採用：設計概念發展與檢討、3D 電腦輔助設計，及模型機之試
作與測試。本研究總共設計製作了三版的原型機，而第三版之原型機已初步達成
所開立的目標功能，而文中將對各版原型機之設計概念發展，與設計實做過程進
行詳細的介紹。

This research is mainly on developing pencil sharpener with the following
functions：First, grasp the pencil automatically；Second, cut the pencil of multi
diameters(5mm~14mm)；Third, Need in accordance with the user, cut out the
multi-form pencil nib. In the text, we will explain how to design the pencil
sharpener with the development history of pencil sharpener, and existent
patent and commercial product. The design process of this research adopts
the following ways：Development design concept 3D computer-aided design,
and makes model and test actually. This research designs and makes the
prototype of three editions altogether. It has already reached the goal of the
preliminary definition in prototype to the third edition. In the text, we will make a
description of the design concept of each edition of prototype of pencil
sharpener.
