早期3D Studio MAX的技術礙於電腦硬體的限制,造成廣大使用者怯步;但現今的技術及軟硬體成熟度的提高,卻也造就了無數廣大的使用者,無論在多媒體、廣告、產品設計、動畫等方面都有很好的表現。因此也越來越多的使用者追求真實度的表現,透過新的算圖引擎打造出逼近真實的效果,這都必須仰賴全域照明的技術。因此本研究利用3D Studio MAX的相容性(plug-in),以外掛算圖軟體VRay作為研究的基礎,探討產品彩現時的研究與應用。其研究目的主要探討VRay彩現產品時的相關知識,以及探討影響VRay彩現產品時的關鍵要素,並建構一個產品彩現時的最佳模式。 為達成上述的目的,運用文獻分析法與專業作品關鍵要素分析進行相關文獻的蒐集,作為本研究的理論基礎。藉由前述基礎之上,歸納及整理出九種專業作品的全域照明要素及佈光模式,將自行建構的產品模型套入這九種環境模式中,計算所得效果圖以工業設計系及多媒體設計系的學生來評比,問卷結果進行平均數與標準差的計算,並透過ANOVA分析探討不同佈光模式間的差異,期能獲得客觀、確切的結論與建議。 依據研究目的,本研究獲得之結論如下:1.使用VRay軟體彩現電子產品時,應使用VRay軟體中內建的VRay燈光,而盡量避免使用3D Studio MAX內建的燈光,才能產生極其真實的自然光影效果。2.產品大部分使用的材質與本實驗使用的材質相似時,應使用發光貼圖算圖引擎與准蒙特卡羅算圖引擎的搭配,即可得到最佳的效果圖。3.最佳產品彩現模式為實驗中模式六的佈光模式及其算圖引擎的搭配。 最後綜合以上的研究,提供學校、電腦教育、建築設計、室內設計、多媒體設計、電玩製作、廣告傳播、視覺設計與從事工業設計人員在產品設計上的彩現依據。
In early, because of limitation of computer’s hardware, most of 3D Studio MAX users could not perform quite well, but now, no matter multi-media, AD, product design and animation are getting well since skill performance and soft-hardware have been maturing. Depend on Global Illumination, more and more users who desire to perform how real it is, through Rendering Engine which can make performance well. And this research uses the feather of 3D Studio MAX(plug-in)and grounded on VRay which discuss study and application of product rendering. Main study of purpose discusses information and key factor of product rendering. In order to achieve the purpose above, gathered the conferences and analyses as foundation and 9 sorts of master pieces of Global Illumination and lighting modes. The productions which the author modeling builds by himself match these 9 kinds of environmental modes and sum up all of them and compare by students who major are industrial design or multi-media. A result of question would hope get conclusions and suggestion correctly. Base on study purpose, we can get conclusions below: 1.Product rendering by VRay should use VRay light not 3D Studio MAX light, so that can get light naturally. 2.When production’s materials similar with the experiments’ should use render engines of Irradiance Map and Quasi-Monte Carlo and can get perfect effect.3.The best of product rendering is lighting modes model 6 in this experiment. Finally, all researches can supply render conferences to school, computer education, architecture design, interior design, multi-media, games, AD, graphic design and people who working on industrial design’s field.
