諧波消除脈寬調變換流器之控制器分析與設計

摘要


本論文提出以BJT 製程的脈寬調變控制器,無須藉由微處理器之諧波消除換流器,一個性能好的換流器不外乎以諧波失真及調變比等指標作為依據,而本文以等面積法之角度為諧波消去數值分析之初始值,求得之換流器觸發角度,再利用簡單的電路實現輸出電壓和頻率均可調變和消除低次諧波成分,適合於馬達驅動轉速控制,解決噪音和脈衝震動。將整個電路做為一個ASIC IC,成本可大大地降低,以便於廣泛地應用於工業界。 關鍵詞:諧波、脈寬調變換流器、程式化脈寬調變換流器、諧波消除、馬達驅動

Analysis and design of BJT process monolithic PWM controller to reduce harmonics for inverters without microprocessor is proposed in this thesis. The low-order harmonics can be reduced by using the equal-area techniques to obtain switching angles as starting angles can solve nonlinear equations. The circuit of proposed technique which is able to adjust both voltage、frequency and reduce the harmonics that is very suitable for ac motor driving to minimize noise and torque pulsations.
