近年來購車低利率及零利率的方案盛行,越來越多人在購買汽車時一改以往的一次付清,開始使用分期攤還的方式來購車。貸款是一種理財方式,本身具有延遲付款的效果,同時也使貸款人能更靈活運用手上的資金。然而,當借戶無法按時繳納時,就是銀行業者的風險,也是本研究欲解決的問題。如何控管客戶逾期未繳款所帶來的風險以及避免業務人員的舞弊是當前業界關切的焦點,本研究主要目的是為建立起規避風險的指標,設計一套智慧型車貸風險管理系統;在整體催收流程的各項作業中加入查核點,使催收人員更能輕易的掌握對案件的控管。本研究係利用訂立商業智慧與查核規則,將案件中的異常狀態在最短的時間內通知相關人員。讓催收控管系統對於案件的控管更有效率,增加對案件控管的靈敏性、降低呆帳的發生率及防止催收人員的舞弊,增加銀行利潤的最大化。本研究將智慧型催收系統導入U銀行車貸部門,輔助該部門催收業務,並利用導入後所獲得的數據對於催收控管理系統的效能以及客戶關係進行評估,在風險管理上獲得正面的關係。
Along with the change of consumption habit, more and more people are paying installments or credit instead of cash while purchasing. The new style of payment can also be found in car purchase, and banks have to pay attention to the loan issue. In recent years, banks have suffered from big loss due to financial card/credit card crisis, and economical recession worsened the credit problem. Consequently, many banks are forced to withdraw from the car loan market. An intelligent risk management system for supporting car loan business is expected and of practical value. The main task of such a system is to control the risk of delayed payment and to monitor and avoid the corruption of the bank staff. We first suggested a set of rules for controlling risks through a thorough study of the literature and interviewed with practitioners, and then implemented the system. several control points are set to remind clerks to communicate with customers, so as to lower the risk of bad debt. Rules are also set to prevent customers conniving with bank staff to cheat. The system was put into practice in U-bank, and first result showed the applicability of the system.
