Zn-Si-B-O系玻璃陶瓷摻Mn與Sm 發光行為之研究

摘要


本實驗以硝酸鋅【Zn(NO3)2】、矽酸酯【Si(OC2H5)4,TEOS】、硼酸【H3BO3】為主要原料,以溶膠凝膠法( sol-gel法)在各種不同溫度和摻雜Mn 、Sm催化劑下製成Zn-Si-B-O組合之螢光材料,並探討反應溫度、摻雜離子等在不同晶相下對粉末發光的影響。而主要的內容則是: 選擇不同之催化劑與熱處理條件,研究其對Zn-Si-B-O粉末合成的影響以及添加Mn 、Sm離子對Zn-Si-B-O等螢光材發光特性的影響。

The experiment is used the zinc nitrate and the tetraethyl orthosilicate and the boric acid for the reatant.Under the different kind of temperature, and doped manganese and Samarium, the reation is used the sol-gel method of synthesis zinc and silica and boric and oxygen, the discussion under the different crystal phase the influence of the reation temperature and the dopping elements. The main content is choose different catalyst and heat treatment condition , and study the influence of its formation to fluorescent powder and luminescence characteristic, and what the influence of the emission characteristic to the zinc and silica and boric and oxygen if dopping the manganese and Samarium ion.
