臺北市動態公車資訊系統使用意圖之研究-以科技接受模式為基礎

A STUDY ON INTENTION TO USE OF TAIPEI E-BUS-BASED ON THE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL

摘要


近年來公車動態資訊系統在各縣市如火如荼的展開,而臺北市也在民國九十三年起分為四期開始建設,目前已完成第三期建置,預計於民國九十八年底完成,對推動新的建設的臺北市政府來說,了解民眾對此建設的使用意圖,是一門重要的課題。 本研究旨在整合相對優勢及資訊品質,透過以Davis et al.(1989)所提出的科技接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)為理論基礎來建立本研究之理論架構,驗證臺北市公車動態系統(e-bus)的相對優勢(成本、便利性、安全性)及資訊品質(精確性、及時性、完整性)對知覺有用性(Perceived Usefulness)、知覺易用性(Perceived Ease of Use)的影響,進而探討對民眾使用本系統之意圖的影響。 本研究取得台北市政府同意,將本研究問卷置於臺北市公車動態資訊系統網頁上,由使用本系統之民眾進行填答,因此可確實取得實際操作本系統之受試者的填答意見,共計回收405 份有效問卷。本研究回收的有效問卷其回應者足以代表某些使用e-bus系統及公車搭乘之族群。利用線性結構方程模式(SEM)分析,研究驗證結果顯示,使用意圖會受到「知覺有用」、「知覺易用」正向且顯著的影響,「知覺有用」會受到「知覺易用」的顯著影響。民眾對於臺北市公車動態資訊系統服務的知覺有用,主要取決於操作上的便利性、資訊之精確性與完整性考量,此即使用者認為該項服務如具備可提供時間與地點上之便利、以及具有精確且完整之資訊內容等,都將有助於提高其使用意願。臺北市公車動態資訊系統的便利性、精確性、完整性對知覺有用性具顯著且正向之影響。

Many cities have developed e-bus service actively in recent years. Taipei city also started it in 2004, and completed the third stage of this project which includes four stages. The whole project is expected to be completed at the end of 2009. For Taipei City government, when developing this new infrastructure, e-bus system, the key issue is to understand the intension to use of the public. This study aims to integrated relative advantages, information quality into the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) suggested by Davis et al. (1989), to examine the impacts of the relative advantages (cost, convenience, and security), and information quality (precision, currency, and completeness) on the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and then their impacts on the intention to use. The on-line questionnaires were placed on the webpage of the e-bus portal site after got approval from Taipei government, targeting populations who inquiring information on the system joining this investigation. Four hundred and five questionnaires were collected. Therefore, this research retrieves the effective result in response from group of people who uses the e-bus information system. By employing linear structural equation modeling (SEM) for analyzing, the results indicate that “perceived usefulness” and “perceived ease of use” have significantly positive effect on “intension to use”. “Perceived ease of use” has significantly positive effect on “perceived usefulness”. The publics’ perceived usefulness of Taipei e- bus mainly depends on convenience of use, and precision and completeness of information. That is, when users perceived the convenience as well as precision and completeness information provided by this service system, they intend to use this system. The convenience, precision and completeness information provided by Taipei e-bus system, have significantly positive effect on perceived usefulness and then affect the intention to use.
