手機情境式動畫之卡通角色的表情變化與音樂對於情緒的影響

摘要


科技擴大了介面的展現形式,讓互動模式產生更多的變化及可能性,如使用者開始有機會用手勢(Gesture)與介面互動。這一股互動的風潮,讓市場上的產品無論是從介面的操作或功能面,都紛紛開始注入情緒(Emotion)的因子,隨著iPhone、HTC手機產品問世,其特殊的操作方式及轉場效果,更為使用性體驗(User Experience)帶來一股潮流。對多數人而言,手機是最常跟自己互動的產品,因此本研究選擇手機裝置作為載具,並以具有易明顯傳達負向情緒且容易於短時間內轉化為正向情緒之手機充電功能導入情境式介面為例,藉由使用者與手機觸控的互動過程所產生的感受,來探討情緒與使用性體驗的關係。 本研究在手機使用現況調查結果中發現,使用者在使用手機時會產生的正向情緒為開心、驕傲;負向情緒為驚嚇、生氣、煩、擔心。本研究根據現況調查結果規劃轉場動畫設計要素實驗,結果顯示操作情境式動畫介面能提升使用者正向情緒,降低負向情緒,提升正向情緒的因素可歸類為:(1) 有趣味性的;(2) 擬人化的;(3) 具有新鮮感的;(4) 輕鬆沒有壓迫感的;(5) 可愛的。接著依據轉場動畫設計要素實驗結果進行轉場動畫比較實驗,經由統計分析結果顯示,在表情變化差異上,卡通角色表情變化多,其擬真程度較高,較有擬人化的感覺。表情變化多的輕鬆程度較表情變化少的輕鬆程度高,但在有壓力的情況下,使用者對於變化多的畫面具壓力感,反而是簡單的畫面給人平靜、輕鬆的感受。表情變化多的轉場畫面,其趣味程度較表情變化少的趣味程度高,較能帶給受測者豐富的趣味感。

The science and technology expanded the display form of interface, the style of interaction have more changes and possibility, the user starts to have the opportunity interacts with interface by hand signal (gesture), and the trend of interaction lets the products in the market all in abundance starts to pour into emotions factors, regardless of the operation or the function model of interface. Along with iPhone, HTC mobile phone being published, its special operating mode and the transition effect, brings a widespread current of user experience. For most people, mobile phone is the product which interacts with oneself most often, therefore this research choose mobile phone as the carrier, inducts the animation in interface by the handset charge function (this duty have obviously to transmit negative emotions easily and shift to the positive emotions in a short time), and to explore the relation between emotions and the user experience by the feeling which generated from the process of interaction while the user touch with the mobile phone. This study discovered that from the previous results, the user using the mobile phone might appear the positive emotions, which is happy, proud; the negative emotions, which is repugnant, angry, upset, scare, urgency. Operating the animation in interface can enhance the positive emotions and reduce the negative emotions of users. Factors that enhance positive emotions can be categorized as: (1) Interesting; (2) Personification; (3) Innovative; (4) Relaxed, and no stressed; (5) Lovable. In the difference of expression changes, the cartoon role expression changes more, the higher degree of virtual reality, and more feel in personification. The relaxed degree of more expression changes is higher than that with less expression changes, but under the pressured situation, the user will be pressured with the more changed images, instead the simple images give the human peaceful and relaxed feeling. The funny degree for the transition animations with much expression changes is higher than that with less expression changes, and it gives the user abundant interesting.
