個人學習成長暨知識管理之線上應用研究

摘要


個人學習成長暨知識管理是組織及社群知識的基礎,二者必須透過良好的機制,促進成員願意分享個人經驗與知識,並藉由頻繁密切的互動共鳴,形成一個完整的知識分享網絡。每個人都是知識社群的成員,藉由眾人的知識分享讓彼此受益,而知識管理與終身學習在21世紀中是重要思想與實務,亦是激發創新能力與發展競爭優勢的要素及動力。 在傳統的個人知識管理中,係以介紹工具及探討技巧為主,然個人知識管理應該是被長久保存、持續更新、分享、互動及良好運用,而非僅有技巧的傳授方式。為能使個人知識能永續經營,強化知識的管理與分享,以個人化的空間展現其知識、管理、分享、學習經驗與歷程,其電子學習歷程檔案(e-portfolio)最能輔助呈現。電子學習歷程檔案是以終身學習、反思為理念,主要用來記錄個人的學習歷程,思考如何利用數位化檔案協助個人在管理知識的過程中能有溫故知新、反思與分享及展現個人之價值。 本研究採用文獻分析法、雛型法,配合使用人員的回饋與自身研究,並與現行的電子學習歷程檔案結合,建置一套個人化的個人學習成長暨知識管理系統(e- Personal Portfolio and Knowledge Management,e-P2KM)。e-P2KM是以個人學習為基礎,結合知識管理、電子學習歷程檔案及資訊科技,以協助使用者蒐集、保存、管理、分享、互動、反思和增加學習經驗為目的,並透過社群的互動、回饋、交流的機制,期能達成1) 建置可應用線上(on-line)個人學習及群體分享的系統組合平台模式,2) 結合個人學習與成長歷程,進行組合式個人知識管理,3) 透過知識管理平台分享知識及回饋,加速個人知識的擴散效益及知識的創新。

Personal portfolio and knowledge management is the base of organization and the community knowledge. Both of them let the members are willing to share personal experiences and knowledge through good mechanism and form a complete knowledge-sharing network through close interaction. Everyone is the member of knowledge community. By sharing knowledge, everyone can benefit from each other. Knowledge management and lifelong learning is the important thought and practice in the twenty-first century. It is also the element to stimulate innovation and development of competitive advantage. In the traditional personal knowledge management, description of tools and skills are the base. Personal knowledge management is not the only way to teach skills, but also should be durable, continuously updating, interactive, and useful. Electronic learning portfolio (e-portfolio) can sustain individual knowledge, strengthen knowledge management and sharing, and personalize space to demonstrate their knowledge, management, sharing, learning experience and history, e-portfolio is a life-long learning, reflection, and it is mainly used to record personal learning process. Thinking about how to use the digital file to assist individuals in managing the process of knowledge can refresh, reflect, share and demonstrate the value of individuals. In this study, we use document analysis, prototype method, user feedback and self-study. Besides, we integrate the existing e-portfolio system and build a personalized e-P2KM (e- personal portfolio and knowledge management). e-P2KM is based on personal learning. It combines knowledge management, e-portfolio and information technology to help users collect, preserve, manage, share, interact, reflect and increase the learning experience for the purpose of community. Through interaction feedback and communication system, it can 1) build can be applied to online personal learning and group sharing system model platform, and 2) combination of personal learning and portfolio for combined personal knowledge management,3)through knowledge management platform to share knowledge and feedback, to accelerate the proliferation of personal knowledge, efficiency and innovation in knowledge.
