隨著網際網路蓬勃發展後,數位化社會環境已逐漸成熟,學習模式邁向數位化是一必然的趨勢,在網路的媒介中學習者可以有很高的自主性,任何時間、任何地點都可以瀏覽教材,即可達到教學目的。 目前數位學習環境已經相當的廣泛,在網路上隨手可得大量數位資訊和內容,因此在浩瀚的網路上找尋自己想要的資訊,也成為一種隨時隨地的學習方式。而一向高數位化的台灣社會,隨者E化、M化數位學習模式已趨普遍。 台灣高中職教育將以新頒布課綱展開全民國防教育,本文從全民國防教育結合數位學習的角度,探索有關數位學習環境、網路教學模式,以期了解推動數位化全民國防教育可獲得的學習成效。 本研究彙整有關虛擬社群、知識分享與數位學習等相關文獻後,歸納得知建構理想的全民國防教育平台至少應該具備「豐富的內容、具備知識分享管道、使用上的便利性、社群的環境」等四項元素。並提出適合全民國防教育特性的互動機制的概念有「強化知識轉換及分享、強化即時及簡易操作化、可分享內容到大多數網路平台上、提供搜尋與排列功能」四項,並利用其形成六度空間效應,這樣一來將會提升資訊、知識的能見度,二來使全民國防教育內容能有所突破與創新。
With the flourishing development of the internet network, the evolution of digital technology changes the way of knowledge sharing through internet. The speed of information delivery becomes much faster, and creates more communicating diversity for knowledge sharing on the internet, now people can easy search information and data in the network, so digital learning become a model at anywhere、anytime. Senior high and vocational schools in Taiwan education will start a new All-people-based defense education syllabus, this research from All-people-based defense education with digital learning point of view, to explore the digital learning environment, online teaching model to understand the promotion of the digital All-people-based defense education available learning. This research according to the virtual community, knowledge sharing and digital learning related documents, the study concludes that an ideal All-people-based defense education platform should at least contains the four factors:”Rich content, Knowledge sharing channel, Convenience use, Community Environment`’.
