近年來使用即時通訊系統與家人聯絡的人數越來越多,但同住於一個屋簷下的家庭成員仍是以傳統的電話或傳簡訊方式溝通,家人間的生活作息不一定能彼此配合,在情感溝通層面不易達到有效益的聯繫。本研究欲藉由科技的幫助,提供方便且友善的留言系統介面,以增進家庭成員間溝通的情感效益。 本研究調查目前使用者在家庭中使用文字留言的模式與現況,參考先期使用者現況調查結果及文獻探討案例的優缺點,設計兩款使用者原型介面,對12位受測者進行結構式訪談,分析調查結果後,提出家庭數位留言板的介面設計方針,作為本研究實驗系統的設計參考。根據第二階段的問卷調查結果,以介面圖示較受使用者喜愛之原型介面A案為主,綜合概念A、B兩案介面之優點,設計出實驗系統介面。實驗系統的對象主要為曾經使用過留言方式聯繫家人的受測者,以聯繫家人所使用的文字留言工具,將受測者分為兩群,主要是為探討本研究之家庭數位留言板,對於使用科技產品不同程度依賴性的使用者,在介面的實用性與愉悅性上是否有差異。 本系統的實用性研究結果,兩族群受測者在任務操作的統計數字大部分無明顯差異,只有在操作群組的任務及便利貼的動態移動方式上有顯著差異。系統愉悅性研究結果,兩群受測者對系統中的家人互動小遊戲大致皆感到有趣且樂於使用,因此設計給家庭使用的數位留言板,除了便利留言的功能外,使用者也期待在留言板系統中能與家人有更多有趣的互動和交流。
In recent years, the amount and age of people using instant messages for contacting with family are increasing. Family living in the same house still used traditional way to communicate via telephone or SMS. However, family members may have different lifestyles that are incompatible to each others. Besides, it is not easy to achieve effective communication in the emotional aspect. With the help of technology, this study aimed at providing a convenient and friendly communication platform to enhance the emotional needs of communication among family members. Based on early user investigation in the advantages and disadvantages of design cases in the literature, two prototype user interfaces with different interaction styles were created. In addition, 12 participants were invited to conduct structured interviews for cognitive walkthrough of these prototypes. After analyzing the survey results, proposed the user interface design guidelines of digital message board for family as the experimental system reference. Based on the survey results of second stage, combined the advantages of concept A and concept B to build the user interface of experimental system. The target participants were those who have communicated with families through the text message. By the different tools they used, the participants were divided into two types of users to compare the usability and pleasure of different degrees of dependence on technology products users of digital message board for family. The results of usability were no significant difference between two types of users. Only the operation of group task and the way of post movement were significant difference. On the results of pleasure, the two types of users were all interesting in the interaction of family Q & A and willing to use. As a result, the digital message board for family was not only provide the convenience of leaving message but users expected more interesting interactions with families in digital message board.
