觸控與實體控制介面趨勢之研究-以網路視訊電話為例

摘要


家電產品的控制介面是否也有觸控介面化的趨勢?本研究從電器產品裡,以控制介面中較有觸控介面趨勢之「網路視訊電話」為例進行研究。研究的目的在於透過「網路視訊電話控制介面調查」設計出三種模擬控制介面以及四種任務進行「操作績效」、「滿意度、易學度主觀評比」兩部分研究。「網路視訊電話控制介面研究」中,針對60位受測者,且平均年齡約24歲,以問卷調查的方式了解實驗用網路視訊電話模擬介面的設計因子、以及實驗任務的依據。單一t檢定分析發現實驗任務為:「重撥任務」、「插接任務」、「保留任務」、以及「影音播放任務」,而「全實體控制介面」、「全觸控介面」、以及「混合型控制介面」的設計依據將參考「網路視訊電話B(ASUS_SV-1)」、「網路視訊電話D(Leadtek_AMOR-8A10)」;成對t檢定得知「混合型控制介面」功能按鍵設計之參考依據。而「網路視訊電話控制介面操作績效研究」中,平均年齡約30歲,共38位受測者,其問卷部份針對網路視訊電話的使用經驗、以及產品控制介面使用情形的調查。重複量數分析結果得知網路視訊電話之使用經驗對於總操作時間上無顯著差異,並且大部分受測者較常使用實體控制介面;實驗部分針對模擬控制介面的操作時間、操作次數兩項實驗效標進行探討,重複量數法分析結果得知46歲~65歲的受測者在操作時間上明顯得比25歲以下、26歲到45歲的受測者來的高;職業為製造業,並且教育程度為高中之受測者,在操作「全觸控介面」上所花的時間較高。「網路視訊電話控制介面主觀評比研究」中,針對受測者操作不同模擬控制介面之差異進行探討。單一t檢定分析得知其滿意度、易學度最高之控制介面為「混合型控制介面」。其後歸納出功能按鍵與介面型態之配對表,由表7.1、表7.2、表7.3、表7.4所示;而任務四:影音撥放任務中使用混合型控制介面操作較為適合;最後各研究的結果可以看出,網路視訊電話之控制介面型態較偏向為「全實體控制介面」之趨勢,並且未來希望能夠提供網路電話業者在設計上之參考。

Does control interface of household appliances also fall into the touch-control trend? Among electric equipment products, the control interface of video phone has fallen into the touch-control trend. This study will take video phone as case study. The purpose of this study is to through the “Researches on control interface of video phone” design “three kinds of simulation control interfaces” and “four duties”, which will be used to conduct studies on “performance” and “subjective evaluation of satisfaction level and easiness to learn”. In the “researches on control interface of video phone”, to the 60 testees with an average age of about 24, questionnaire survey has been conducted to find out the design factors of simulation interface of video phone for experiment and to find out the basis of experimental duties. Single sample T-test analysis finds that the experimental duties are: redial, plugging, keeping and image/sound play and that the design basis of completely substantive control interface, completely touch-control interface and mixed-type control interface will refer to the “Video Phone B (ASUS_SV-1)” and “Video Phone D (Leadtek_AMOR-8A10)”.Paired-samples T-test analysis finds out the basis that the function button design of “mixed-type control interface” refers to. In “studies on performance of control interface of video phone”, questionnaire survey has been conducted to 38 testees with an average age of about 30 to make researches on use experience in video phone and on use of products’ control interfaces. Repeated Measure ANOVA finds that impacts of use experience in video phone on the total operation time is not obvious and that most of testees often use substantive control interface. Experimental part has probed into the two experiment criterions of operation time and number of operation of simulation control interface. the results of Repeated Measure ANOVA shows that the operation time used by testees between 46 and 65 is obviously more than what used by those below 25 and those between 26 and 45. It also shows that the time used by testees whose occupation is manufacturing and whose education level is high school graduate is higher in operating “completely touch-control interface”. In “studies on subjective evaluation of satisfaction level and easiness to learn”, researches have been conducted on differences in testees’ operating different simulation control interfaces. Single sample T-test analysis finds that the control interface with highest satisfaction and easiness to learn is the “mixed-type control interface”. Finally, pairing tables of function button and interface type have been summarized, as shown in Table 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4. To the fourth duty “image/sound play”, it is suitable to use mixed-type control interface. At last, from the results of various studies, it can be seen that the type of control interface of video phone more falls into the trend of completely substantive control interface. And hope this can work as reference for video worker to refer in future design.
