LED路燈散熱途徑與流場分析

摘要


這幾年由於LED 的省電、環保、耐用等優點,即將慢慢的取代傳統的燈泡與燈管,然而衍生出的就是LED所產生熱的問題,散熱對LED壽命占有極大的關係,當溫度超過他額定的標準將會降低LED的壽命,甚至會光衰或燒壞,當熱的問題運用散熱器解決時,就會針對產品節能效率做考量。 本文藉由LED路燈為例,路燈本體耗電除了LED晶片之外就是散熱器的風扇,如何不影響LED亮度而達到最大的省能效益,本次實驗計劃分為兩大部分去分析探討,實驗一運用田口直交法篩選出最小的接觸熱阻元件,針對LED路燈中基座材質、散熱膏、散熱座厚度、散熱作材質並考慮成本觀念達到最佳熱傳導途徑;實驗二運用ICEPAK針對田口法篩選出底座材質的成本考量比對並針對不同的鰭片間距、鰭片高度、風量與環境溫度作模擬效能;本文將最終模擬結果搭配實務驗證,雖有誤差但符合預期成果。 田口直交表分析與數值模擬分析兩者優化搭配後,則達到省電且散熱最優化的效果,並以實際樣品測試而驗證模擬的準確性,此方法有效的節省設計的時間與研發的成本,更可將此論文實驗的架構做為其他研究相關的電子產品散熱研發方面的參考。

With the advantages of power saving、environmental protection awareness and life of production expectancy, the traditional bulbs and lamps were replacing by LED gradually. However, the derivative problem coming after, is the heat radiation issue of the LED. In addition, this issue is major factor which will affect the life cycle of LED. When working temperature is over the standard of its regulation, it would reduce the life cycle of LED. Furthermore, the possibility of weaker or burn out the light. On the other hand, once heat problem is solved, the efficiency of energy saving, will be taken into consideration next. In this study, we based on so LED street light as study case according to current LED light design concepts, fan of heat spreader is also the item consuming power as same as LED chip. For this reason, we study how to save the most power without impact LED illumination. This experiment analyzes and explores two major issues of LED light. First of all, it will pick up the minimum contact heat components by using Taguchi Method, and taking LED base material、thermal grease、sink base thickness of LED base into concernment. Secondly, by using ICEPAK, it makes a bench mark of the cost of base materials shorted out by Taguchi Method. Then a simulation test of heat performance with variety factors of fin pitch, fin height, air flow, and operation environmental was executed. The last part of this paper gathered the result of simulation and actual identification.it is recognized that the result is in accordance with expectation and in acceptable error. Through combining and optimizing the result between Taguchi Method and numerical simulation, this study shows it enables to be eco-friendly and reach the best heat radiation. Furthermore, actual experiment also demonstrates the accuracy of simulation. In conclusion, the way of saving electricity shows from this paper is also can be a reference for other electronic products which have constructions of heat radiations.
